Percy. Why? Because-
1) he's romantic
2) he's sweet

I can't believe this is even a question... PERCY ALL THE WAY!!! Jason's ok, but he's such a goody two shoes. And to be honest his characterization is not the best, so it's harder to fall in love with him.
Now Percy, if he had an exact twin (so that Percy and Annabeth are together because PERCABETH RULES!) I would do anything to win his heart. He's so sweet, and loyal, and oblivious.

I'm not into dating, but I have to put my two cents in. Jason seems like a more reliable and less... er. Spontaneous boyfriend. You can count on him, and you don't have to constantly reassure him of anything. He can hold a group together and, despite the opinions of some, he does have emotions. He just doesn't wear his heart on his sleeves and everywhere else on all of his t-shirts.

Percy's personality in Jason's body would be perfect, thank you.

Percy is all sweet and protective of Annabeth and I just love everything he does for her, but then I feel like Jason is physically more attractive. So yea....

PERCY. Jason is annoying and frankly the only reason Piper is attracted to him is because she's annoying, too.
