There should be another!

My personal opinion is this: It hasn't been done in awhile because of the way the series have gone lately. Starting with the New Jedi Order Series, the EU books have gone almost day by day in their telling of the Star Wars mythos. Whereas the previous books happened pretty much on their own (Rebellion Era, New Republic Era) and had room for various tales in between, the new series almost leave no story untold. (Again, just one opinion)
