I have an EXTREMLY EXTREMLY dirty black carpet but really it has red, blue ish in it. even when it was clean-ish it was hard to see the bright colors.

me: oh my dearest Hazel, you have so much to learn. Shipping is when people like you and me want two people to get together in a book/movie/tv series to get together. Sometimes we "ship" them in guilty pleasure, sometimes everyone ships them. Sometimes the creator of the two people "sink" the Ship, meaning they make the ship crash and burn by either making them die, making one of them turn evil *cough TMI cough*, etc. etc. Shipping is when you ship them. Sometimes they work ( Hooray!) or sometimes they sink. ( boooooo). And that my dear companion is shipping.
