The Secret of Ella and Micha discussion

I don't know what is wrong with me, but I did not like this book. Everyone seems to love it. I kept waiting for something good to happen but it never did.

I thought the book was just okay. I only paid 99 cents for it, and I think If I had paid more then I would have disliked it for sure. I won't buy the next book if it cost more then 99 cents, I don't need to know what happens next, but might give it a try if it's cheap enough.

I liked it...I mean she got on my nerves, but i loved Michas character, I thought you really saw how much he loved her, how much she meant to him. As for him leaving, I totally understood, he knew she was going to college and why shouldnt he do something for himself, it didnt have anything to do with having sex.

I didn't love, but I didn't hate. I am not sure I got though

I agree with you...I didn't hate...i really liked Micha...but it lacked something..wished there was more of a punch to it. It was ok for to give it 3 rating but there could have been more.

I didn't get their relationship. It was totally weird to me the way they would make out and hold hands and be obsessive about one another but Ella still didn't love him...or wouldn't admit it. That drove me crazy and actually drove me to read to the end because I wanted to understand them so badly! By the end I was totally hooked on Ella and Micha!! Does anyone else picture Jared Leto for Micha?

i don't know, there was something about this book, that I couldn't put it down. I was really into Ella and Micha. It was my first book that had different side of each character and narrative, I really liked it. I liked how was I able do read what they felt towards each other and what the other one was thinking that made them do what they did. I also liked their relationship. Who wouldn't have a next door best friend/lover who's known each other for a long time and destined to be together? I can't wait for "The Forever of Ella and Micha". I'm definitely looking forward to it!

I totally agree. The leaving part was inevitable. He needed to make somthing of himself and I like that he didnt sit around his hometown doing nothing. Either way she had to return back to Las Vegas for college. She was only home for summer break.

yeah it was supposed to be out in November but then they must have changed it because this one was popular...now its not even up on amazon anymore.

On her blog, Sorensen's, it says a publisher picked it up. Congrats to her, but boo for us who have to wait longer now!!

Loved the book! But hate when u have to keep waiting for it they have dates but then the book never shows up anywhere!!! And now there is no date at all wth

it should be out in the next few weeks according to her response to one fan's twitter

i loved the book personally. it's true there was no big scene but that made it a bit more real for me, and do you pronounce Micha like mee-ka or is there another pronounciation

I loved this book ! Besides, I notice that Jessica Sorensen seems to have a think for water ... Ella and Micha get wet a lot in this book ! And for those who also have read the coincidence of Callie and Cayden there was the rain scene ! Really hot too !
