Traveling can at times be alternately invigorating, uplifting and life changing. Of course, it can also be baffling, disgusting, aggravating and ridiculous. In this tribute to a decade of world travel I will lead you through 43 countries, 11 grueling treks, 10 overnight boat trips and 1 confusing encounter with a body pillow shaped like a giant lake trout. I have done my best to share stories, humor and advice in a way that is both unique and entertaining. If nothing else it should make you think twice about carrying a spare roll of toilet paper.
