FAMILY

For all the blessings and for keeping us safe everyday..

Also for my work, I was able to buy books! LOL!

Since family is already listed
I'm thankful for my kindle :D

Ohhh and all my Goodreads friends :)

And gum :)

Absolutely! Books! And the amazing authors who write them.

A home, parents that let me use their washersince the hubs hasn't fixed ours, iPad, kids that help out, internet, and good friends and family. Some of those feel like dreams.

Of course, internet!!! LOL!

I could write a book on my thankfulness!

First and foremost I am thankful to The Lord my God for Jesus dying on the cross & resurrecting so that I and all of mankind can have eternal salvation if we accept that gift.

Secondly I am so grateful for every single family member, my husband, five children & their better halves, and SO THANKFUL for the blessing of 19 beautiful & healthy grand kids, plus my siblings & others.

I'm thankful my brother-in-law survived his recent stroke & can now walk again.

I'm thankful my son-in-law's cancer treatment worked & he is alive.

Thankful that I have met some AMAZING people on GR. Sara, I love you, girl!

So thankful that I won Lee Fullbright''s book The Angry Woman Suite & subsequently I drove to San Diego to meet her & we have a wonderful bond & will, I'm sure, be friends forever.

I'll stop here, but these are some of my top things I'm thankful for.

Oh, and for challenges that afford me the opportunity to win FREE books!

For those of you who read this, I'd appreciate prayers for my yearbook editor Alicia whose aunt & uncle just burned to death in a home fire on Saturday night. She's pretty devastated.

Oh Vicki, that is so sad. We just had a funeral for my aunt yesterday that died from stage 4 cancer. Lots of people need prayers.

Yes, my daughter Kim's very close friend of over 10 years just passed away Saturday night too from liver cancer. She had 4 children ages 11-18.

i am thankful for...

My beautiful son... who gives me reason to wake up each day smiling.

My family... for all the support.

My friends... for being thoughtful.

My GR friends, especially Jona and Novel for being uber supportive and thoughtful. The rest, there are a lot of you here for being sweet and nice.

My work... for the opportunity to learn and do new and exciting things. And earn enough to provide me a comfortable lifestyle.

New opportunities to grow.

My husband, who has been more amazing than any boy in a book could ever be.
My children, who show me what life is really all about.
My family, who are always there when needed and are so much fun to be around.
Having a roof over my head, clothes on my back and food in my tummy.
The men and women who fight to keep the rest of us safe.
All of my goodreads friends, who share my love of reading and make me smile on a daily basis :)
And I am so thankful to God, for all of the above.

I'm thankful for how beautiful the first snow looks on the trees and the feeling of peace that it gives me :)

I don't get snow where I live. Right now we have fog, but I still am grateful for another day of life.

I'm also grateful for another day of life :)

But no snow? Ever? Noooo! Lol :)

Today I am thankful for the time I spent baking cookies with my son, and the extra help my mother-in -law gave me by stopping by.

As mundane as it is, I'm so thankful for online shopping!!

I'm thankful for my God who is in control of everything!

Today I find myself thankful for my library...for carrying the books I want to read this week :)

So thankful for the Spirit of Christ mas and that it has the ability to bring out the best in each of us.

My Mother-in law. She helped me with the kids all day, so I could go get my ear checked at the doctor's and then go pick up my prescriptions.

I am thankful for having my family with me. Of course I'm thankful for the books I've read as they bring me out of reality for a few moments. I am also very very thankful for owning a NOOK!
