Any interest in an April group read of 50 to 1 or Killing Castro?

Im interested in Hard Case crime reading group if there are enough people.

The books are so cheap,totally my kind that its easy to get any of the books.

I vote Killing Castro.

I'd vote Killing Castro. Because I already bought it, but haven't gotten 50 to 1 yet. Yes, I'm cheap.

Have you guys read A Touch of Death, The Wounded and the Slain, Kiss Her Goodbye ?

Those are my three newest hard case crime books i havent read yet.

I can easily get Killing Castro before April by the way.

I am also cheap. That's why I offered two books I already owned as options :)

I have Kiss Her Goodbye but haven't read it yet. The K-Mart close to my house had Hardcases for $2 each last spring and I stocked up.

Speaking Kiss Her Goodbye maybe we can diss for us who havent read it. If there isnt any group other April one.

Thats great maybe we can make another thread and choose beteween those books and get two reading groups. It will get us going reading,talking about several books.

Sure, that would work too. I usually read about 5 books at once anyway. Keep me posted.

I created that thread.

Hopefully we can read the book we choose sometime this month. I always read my highly rated crime books first. HCC books are that.

I'd go with 50 to 1 since I already have a copy, but I can get a copy of Killing Castro if that ends up being the choice.

Looks like we're leaning toward Killing Castro.
