Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I was doing some editing in the Patrick O'Brians and noticed that almost every edition of HMS Surprise has had its language reset to German. I checked the librarian log but there didn't seem to be any record of it. Presumably this is some kind of global edit the system has done. But why?

oh, and all the foreign language editions of Desolation Island changed to English!

edited to add: and all the Treason's Harbours changed to German.

This bug showed up a while back and was discussed in the feedback group. I'm not sure if this is leftover from that or a recurrence.

Ah. I thought that was to do with characters? I suppose it uses the same script. Bad script!
