Cindi I've got some books that I'm ready to part with and would love to find someone to trade with.
I have them listed under "to sell or trade" on my bookshelves.

May Abbey (maynicoleabbey) | 76 comments Where do you live? I have some duplicates of old harlequins that I wouldn't mind giving to a good home.

message 3: by Cindi (new)

Cindi I'm in Pennsylvania.
Thanks for the offer of the harlequins, but I don't particularly care for those.

May Abbey (maynicoleabbey) | 76 comments Oh! So you ever read the really old ones from the 50's and 60's? Those are my absolute favorite. :-)

If you don't find any takers in the group, you could try http://www.paperbackswap.com/index.php.

No I haven't! Wonder where I could find those! My friends of the library here in Cnadler Arizona has tons of HQ books for sale but I haven't had the time to stand there and look through me yet! But I will, very soon!

May Abbey (maynicoleabbey) | 76 comments Susan. The older ones are very hard to find now. But worth looking for. They have red pages but I have found bookstores online that sell them. Some of my favorite authors are Mary burchell, Rebecca Stratton, nernia Hilliard, and so many more. As mentioned above, I so have some duplicates because I buy them in bulk so if you want to try some out let me know. :-)

Susan Sure May I would love too! Do you want them back when I'm finished?

message 10: by May (new)

May Abbey (maynicoleabbey) | 76 comments It's okay. I like keeping some duplicates on hand to share these gems with others. It is a lost time period. A lost treasure that soon will be completely unavailable because no one wants them anymore. Bookstores simply throw them away now!

Tell your friend that I collect them and if she comes across them at her book sales, I buy big boxes of them at a time :) haha

I live in Mesa. let me scrounge around for some. How many would you like to try? Then we could meet at the B&N on Val Vista, or if the Chandler Mall is better I could do that as well.

Susan Wait, wait, there's a B and N here?? Hahahaha I just got here at the beginning of the month! I haven't seen it yet! Holy cow!!! I would love to meet up with you May! This is soooo cool!

May Abbey (maynicoleabbey) | 76 comments yay! Oh, the Barnes and Noble near my house is off of Val Vista just south of the 60. There is also another one at the Chandler Mall. Have you been there yet? It is an AWESOME mall. Where is your friends used bookstore? And I wonder if we should move this to a private discussion :)

Kara Hello all! I'm on a mission to get rid of some books and thought I'd post them here before going to paperbackswap to list them. I have one ARC (Advanced Reading Copy-not the final version) book that I can't list on PBS so please email me here on goodreads if interested (or if you have questions) and only US Residents please:

Angel Eyes by Shannon Dittemore (ARC and signed to me)
Betrayal by Robin Lee Hatcher (signed to me)

Thanks everyone!
