Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I came across this book which has a completely incorrect cover. Can I just delete the cover? It's a copy of a totally different book in the series. I have a copy of the book but can't put it in until I get the cords to my scanner back.

Looks like a rescuing-books at the end of last January issue. Cover removed.
