Janet,
It looks like you have 3 more books to recommend to T. Nida-
6. New Year's Eve Fireworks - Recommend a book with fire or fireworks on the cover or a HOT new release that they are looking forward to.
It's a BRAND New Year!
And you don't know what's ahead of you. Pick two random books - one from your AND one from your pickee's TBR using random.org to generate the book number. (In the website, the maximum number would be the number of books in the shelf)

1. My Fave of 2012: Room by Emma Donoghue
2. Author I look forward to reading in 2013: Changeless by Gail Carriger (I'm looking forward to reading Prudence, which is expected sometime in '13)
3. Light and happy: Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie
4. New to You Series: Divergent by Veronica Roth
5. Most Hyped: Option A) Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling
Option B) The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
6. Fire on Cover: Storm Born by Richelle Mead
7. Random from my TBR (355): Death's Excellent Vacation by Charlaine Harris
8. Random from your TBR (438): King of Spades by Cheyenne McCray

Recommend a book that you loved most reading in 2012
The Iron Duke and Dragon Bound
You don't read a lot of Steam punk and this is such an original and amazing book, in my opinion. I loved it. I'm also recommending another that I loved as well and it is the start to a great series.

Recommend a book by an author you are looking forward to reading in 2013 The Duke's Perfect Wife and The Chief
I have two for you -Jennifer Ashley and Monica McCarty are two of my favorite authors and they both have new books I will be eagerly awaiting. Here are two from them.

Recommend a light, happy book to start off their New YearIt Had to Be You and Instant Attraction
I love Jill Shalvis and SEP is a new author to me that I've recently discovered. Both of these are on your Sooner Rather than Later shelf and are light and fluffy and fun.

Recommend a new-to-them series that you have read and enjoyed
On the Edge or Magic Bites
I love this author and I love both of these series. Magic Bites is more UF and to get to the really good stuff you have to keep reading. On the Edge is more PNR. You can't go wrong with either.

Recommend a book off their TBR that they should have read but haven't
Blue-Eyed Devil or Rainshadow Road
You obviously love Lisa Kleypas (as do I) and these are next in her contemporary romances that you need to read. I really enjoyed them both.

New Year's Eve Fireworks The Darkest Hour or Chasing Fire
The first has a lot of firepower on the cover. It's by a new author to me and I really liked it and the second is about firefighters by Nora Roberts. Hard to go wrong.

It's a BRAND New Year! As an Earl DesiresTaking a Shot
Number 244 from my TBR was the book by Lorraine Heath. And Number 20 was the Jaci Burton book. Both look great!

Let me know what you pick, or if you need me to pick again!

1.Against the Wind I've been meaning to read this for awhile, so now is a good time!

2.Mortal Danger I've been meaning to get back to this series, so here's my push!

Thanks again for my picks! I will let you know what I think.

I'm going to go with

Amy J Thanks for the recs! I think I'll go with Changeless for sure. I may search out Bet Me if I have time. I would have liked to have read Room as well, as I've heard good things about it, but I can't even begin to touch that subject without sobbing my eyes out. Kids and bad things don't mix well with me, even if there is a HEA (I hope).

Sorry it's taken so long to do your picks, I still am trying to get settled after getting back from vacation. But it was nice to take some time out to look at your shelves. Your TBR is vast and eclectic (kinda like mine) and we have quite a few authors in common. I'm hoping you like your picks, but if you don't please feel free to PM me!
ok, so here we go...
1. Recommend a book that you loved most reading in 2012. It should be one of your favorites of the year.
This has been a good reading year for me and I've read quite a few books that I have loved. I'm going to give you a few and hopefully there's one you'd like to try.

2. Recommend a book by an author you are looking forward to read in 2013.
I absolutely love Sophie Oak and I saw the first book in the Nights In Bliss, Colorado series on your TBR. I've read every book in the series and am looking forward to it continuing in 2013 so recommend

3. Recommend a light, happy book to start off their New Year.

4. Recommend a new-to-them series that you have read and enjoyed.

5. Recommend a book off their TBR that they should have read but haven't (ex: Most-hyped book)

#275 on my 2012 shelf is

I hope that you find something that you'd like to read. If you need any changes, please feel free to let me know. Happy Picking!

thanks for the great picks! I'm not even sure where to begin. I may start with About That Night because I've been trying to get to it for the last couple of challenges. I need to get off my butt and do it already
and, My First, My Last fits into another challenge so we'll try that as well.
I'll start there and see where things go. But there are also some other books that I'm really interested in like Easy
Thanks again, and Happy New Year!

Larissa, I'm planning to start with Slave to Sensation (I think that this is at least the second recommendation that I've received for this series, so I should give it a try) soon and then it also looks like I'll get The Fault in Our Stars from the library in time, too, so that's in queue. Thanks again!

Here are my picks for you. If you would like me to make anymore or change any please let me know. I hope you enjoy them!
Great picks! I am looking to get through as many as possible (and my book budget can afford) because I have this whole month off so lots of reading time. Definitely reading the KA book, but I'll probably read the first in the series first because I am OCD when it comes to that. The only off one was Gabriel's inferno as I have already read it and absolutely loved it. :)

Guess I missed a few other options in case you wanted to read more than I gave.
6) Born in Fire by Nora Roberts
Random:
Naked from your TBR list
Friends forever - Danielle Steel
Hope you enjoy

Hey Sassafrass! Thanks for the great picks! I think I'm going to go with Kate's Crew for sure. Like you said, it's been there FOREVER! Then, if I've got some time, I'm going to read Defying the Odds, too. I read my first Kele Moon book a couple months ago and LOVED it. Can't wait to read another one. :)

I had fun browsing your shelves but I had some difficulty picking for you. I hope I did allright, if not I will try again..."
Thanks for the picks! I will definitely be reading "What Chris Wants" and your recommendations are just what I need to push me to get to "Discovery of Witches" and "Pandemonium". I have both sitting on my physical book shelf so I don't know what I am waiting for.
Thanks again and Happy New Year!

Thanks for the recs.
I am going to read The Dom's Dungeon and Gabriel's Inferno. If I have extra time this month I will also read Flat-Out Sexy.

My New Year's present to myself was to read a book this morning, and I picked He Loves Lucy by Susan Donovan. It was a great read, just the right tone of a positive attitude (when the main character was determined to lose 100 pounds in a year) and good romance (hunky fitness trainers) to start the new year out right. Thanks for the recommendation. I haven't decided which one I will pick up next, but I am looking forward to reading several of your suggestions.
