I loved the first book in the series and I..."
I'm planning on this one for the Around the World challenge - it is my O in North America! Just need to fit it in...

Maybe a buddy read in February? "
That sounds like a good idea Fran, as long as it's the first half of the month - I'm hoping to use it in the Around the World challenge...

I completed Phantom Pleasures a few days ago. It was a fun and easy read. Still considering reading Vision in White, depending on how quickly I finish my other challenges for the month :)

Yay!!! I'm glad you liked it! It was one of my top favorite books of 2012 :)

I put the rest of the series on my TBR list. Are you still able to do the buddy read of

Great!"
Now I just hope I can make that work! Just found out my insurance company finally approved surgery, after the second appeal, so reading might get interrupted for a bit.

Glad you liked it, Rebecca! I liked the second book in that series,
Phantom's Touch, too, and I've got Kiss of the Phantom on my Nook waiting for me to squeeze it into a challenge somewhere. ;-)
Hope you're able to get around to Vision in White. It's another fun, fast read.

I'm finishing the new Carly Phillips tomorrow. So I should be good to read this this weekend. How about you?

This weekend sounds good. I started Grimspace and I can't put it down.

If you liked your first foray into this genre, it's hard to leave it! Just a friendly warning Nikki ;)

Thanks for the great picks. So far, I've read

And then I broke down and read

I'll be moving on to

Nikki ~ I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I finished it a few days before you. Once I started I couldn't put it down. It was nice to read a book that had no drama for a change.

Thank you Nikita :)"
I'm so glad you enjoyed it Ab2y. I absolutely loved that book.

1. The Witness by Nora Roberts
2. Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor by Lisa Kleypas
3. Nice ..."
Hi Sallie, I finished The Witness yesterday. What a good read! Strong characters, good story and it never got bogged down in the typical Romantic Suspense formula. I like when things I expect to happen, never happen. It's refreshing.
Thanks again!

I finished my first pick Temptation Ridge and liked it very much. Virgin River series is my comfort read. I like to come back to the familiar characters and read a new story about their lives. Thanks for picking it !

@ Breann ~ Thank you , thank you! :) I'm glad to be here! lol
@ ~Melissa~ ~ I'm really glad you suggested that one, and I also liked the lack of drama! Bonus, I got to use it for another GR challenge as well! :)

I wasn’t quite sure where to go with a couple of the categories since you’re new enough that your shelves aren’t very extensive yet, and you don’t have a lot of your “re..."
I Finished reading Father Mine and I wasn't disappointed.

Love it when books fit several challenges!!

I'm glad I've moved this off my TBR shelf, though!

I gave it 3 out of 5 .

I finished one pick from my list, Linnea Sinclair's

Hope you enjoy it!

Sass,
I have to fit Easy in. I'm making sure to get to it in February.

I just finished up Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor -- 4 stars. I liked it! It was different than the other books I've read from Lisa Kleypas...which is almost all of her historicals and Sugar Daddy. Short, though...
Thanks for the pick!

Finished Poughkeepsie. This is an example of why I love this group. I would never have picked this book up but I really liked it. It had a totally different plot line. Thanks for the recommendation. Am going to try and read another before the end of the month.

Katie, I'm glad you liked it. I too thought it was different than most of my Kleypas stuff but it was like comfort food. :) I'm going to continue with the series at some point.
