Romance Readers Reading Challenges discussion

I hate to be the bearer of bad news Barbara but you are supposed to complete 1 level before going to the next not read them at the same time.

I wish we could because I really want to read some of the books I want for the states.

My Post (#48) has been updated. 10/10 read for level 1. I'm done!

I've finished Level 1, message #20...I think I'm done, but might change my mind and go on to Level 2 if I can find enough authors in my other challenges that work here too.

Barbara the levels are supposed to be done in order. In the fourth level you can move a book up but then you have to read a replacement before you go on with level 4.

Sorry Barbara, hate to tell you, but each level has to be completed before moving on to the next one, what you can do is move the books you have read to the first level if they fit the category since level 1 is very open, with just 5 new authors and remaining 5 can be anyone else attending, you shouldn't be able to lose out on what you already read for the challenge.

Yay Congrats Mary! I am still in level 3, all the other challenges keep distracting me.

Level 3 took me like 3 months. But once I got it half done then I decided to make a push to finish. Level 4 will probably take me the rest of the year if I even finish.

Just updated post 102! I finished level 2. Now, I'm moving to level 3. I needed level 3 books for another challenge so I had to fast read level 2. I don't know if I'll get all the way through level 4 before the end of the year but I'm slowly making progress.

Completed Level 2! :) My list.
I'm going to try to do level 3 too although this oldies historical romances might be a little bit tougher to read.

They are a little tougher to read! I'm thinking I will get three done next month but I know that four is gonna be a struggle. I started later too so if I can get halfway through four then I will be happy.

Some of the authors have contemporary and romantic suspense....like Robyn Carr, Julie Garwood, etc. It doesn't necessarily have to be a historical romance, just as long as the book is from the author listed under level 3. Hope that helps!

Good job Dragana! The third level was very hard to get through for me!

Heather Graham and Jennifer Blake also have contemporaries. Graham does mostly paranormals now. If anyone has a Kindle or Kindle App: I've picked up a lot of Jennifer Blake freebies, a mix of contemporaries and historicals. Mostly her older books.

The States one is slowing me down. I don't think I'll finish. I'm trying not to get too many library books because my TBR is so huge already. But I am missing a lot of states for this in my own TBR.

I've got three books to go until the states. I ran into a problem and used two of the authors for part three earlier so that had me scrambling. I've read Heather Graham but I don't think she's on the list for the third section anymore. I'll definitely use her for the states.
