Barbara Tarn (barbaragtarn) I thought I'd mention I've moved from fantasy to science fantasy for the last quarter of 2012 and have published 2 books in the Star Minds series. Book 3 will come out in 2013.
My idea of sci-fi is based on Star Wars (original trilogy) and Star Trek, so that's what you get in my books - people wandering around space in starships and sometimes landing on planets. Book 2 gets darker in both themes and plot, but book 1 can stand on its own, so if you'd like to give any of these a try...
