Cover to Cover Challenge discussion

This is my first time participating in this group! I usually am part of the 75 book challenge group and have done it for 4 years now, but I think with a toddler it is time to take my challenge down a few books. So only shootin' for 60 next year! (A page goal of 18000.)

5/5 stars. this was a short, fun one, only 100 pages. I read it a few years back so this is a re-read, but I was in the mood for a short one to kick off the New Year...I'm also reading the 1141 page Uncut version of "The Stand", so needed to get a short fun one in there!

5/5 stars. My first time reading anything by this author! I have a bunch more by her, as a cousin of mine bought them for me a few years ago! I loved this!!! I am looking forward to reading the rest I have by her as well!

I have been wondering what the hype is all about with these books, and I have never seen the TV show, but I am one of those who would rather read a story than watch it. I liked it, I have the first 4 books in the series, and at this point I am not sure if I like this enough to buy anymore after that, but we will see!

I just finished read Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac. It's a young adult novel, but since we seem to have similar taste in books, I thought I would recommend it to you. The author is Gabrielle Zevin.

Awesome book! This is my second of Ann Rules books, and they were both fantastic!
And I am now 1/2 way to my goal for the year!

I read The Stranger Beside Me many years ago and it scared the daylights out of me! I love Ann Rule's books! I have read almost all of them!

If you like true crime, The Devil's Knot: The True Story of the West Memphis Three is good too!

I probably will extend my goal. I made myself read more this school year. I've had some school years that I didn't read at all. But, summer is here, so that means more reading time! Yeah!

This was a super scary book! And dumb me! I read it one evening when my husband was at work and I was home alone! Every noise made me jump! LOL
