Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments Chris suggested this a little while ago, and I thought it might be fun to start it for our January BotM and theme

I copied this from his original explanation/post;

LibraryThing has a feature where you summarise a book in a haiku.

For those who aren't familiar, these are short epigrammatic poems whose features can be summed up in a haiku of my own:
The conceit is this:
five, seven, five syllables?
Summative poem!

For example, The Hobbit can be summed up as
Nasty Bagginses
stole the Precious, yess, and we
hates them forever!

Or as
Wizard at the door?
Twelve dwarves too? You'll be telling
me a dragon's next!

If you hate reviewing but love pithy comments, this might be a good challenge: haiku books you read and post them!

IF you have any other suggestions, please post, I've mentioned before I lack imagination when it comes to ideas to kick-start exciting discussions.
