Paranormal Romance & Urban Fantasy discussion

Has anyone read Lori Handeland's books?

The ones I have are:

Blue Moon
Dark Moon
Midnight Moon

and there are quite a few more.

I'm interested in others' opinions of these books. They're definitely written by a romance author, but the paranormal aspect is interesting, especially in Dark Moon. If I recall correctly, they all deal with lycanthropy of some sort, not necessarily werewolves only.

Opinions?

I love Lori's books. I have all of MOON Series books. Definate keepers for me. She has created an interesting universe for her characters and the characters themselves are ones I wouldn't mind meeting somewhere. (except for the bad werewolves)

I've read "Blue Moon" and have the others on my stack of books-to-read. "Blue Moon" really felt like a paranormal thriller to me more than a romance. The sex/love scenes between the hero and heroine seemed awkward to me. It was still a great book, and I loved the mystery.
