Michelle I am reading the adoration of Jenna Fox. So far, it is really good. I also started The Almost Moon which I am about 75 pages into. It is not that good. It is actually pretty awful because it is pretentious.

message 824: by Libby (new)

Libby Broadbent Just finished "The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry". Loved it... made me want to embark on a perfectly normal activity and turn it into something epic and meaningful. The author is Rachel Joyce, which is one of those names that is two first names, so you know she's deep. Like, seriously... deep. And it's her first novel... if that's not epic, I don't know what is!

All I can say if you ever enjoyed comics based on superheros, stories of sacrifice where sacrifice is sometimes rewarded but just as often end in crushing loss but always tinged with hope. This book will satisfy. =)

Lauren Mccallum | 4 comments Im reading The Casual Vacany by J.K. Rowling, not really enjoying it that much because of the characters being so self absorbed but I think its meant to be like that. Maybe that just isn't my thing, haven't really read anything from a similar genre before so I didn't know what to expect, only started reading it because of the simple fact that it is J.K. Rowling.

I've finished reading The Night Circus. I thought it was an incredible book! But the first few chapters are really hard to read though because the period of the story line is not in order. It kind of jumps to and from different era so watch out for the dates indicated in the beginning of the chapter. After a while, the story will really grow into you. I hope you'll enjoy reading it!
