The Perks Of Being A Book Addict discussion

I am currently reading Never Let Me Go by some asian guy whose name I cant quite remember. It's a good book though it's incredibly weird and the story progresses too slow for my taste. It isn't a YA book so I guess thats why I am not loving it so much.

Im currently reading The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan. Like all Rick's books is mysterious and very tolerable. Don't know if recommend it because I'm in the page 160 of +500 but seems like a good book.

I just finished reading The Sky is Everywhere, highly recommended, especially if you were a fan of The Perks of Being a Wallflower :)

I just finished reading The Fault in our Stars but I think just about everybody already read it.

At the moment, I'm reading Bringing Down the House by Ben Mezrich, and also The Lord of the Rings on the side, both of which are GREAT!

I highly recommend the books from Alyssa Rose Ivy! They just pull you into the story and I can't wait till more books are coming out. x

Recommending Delusions of Grandeur by Jason Najum!! It's a must read by an up and coming Canadian author.

I'm currently reading The Year of Living Biblically by AJ Jacobs. I'm really enjoying it so far, and I'm not at all religious. Very informative as well as funny and entertaining.

I just finished Saving CeeCee Honeycutt because it is written by someone with my name. :) I liked it quite a bit. Now I am reading The Night Circus. It is kinda weird so far.. but an interesting weird.

Wild:Lost and Found on the Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed. Very good so far

I finished Kafka Was the Rage, which was a really fun read. very well written.

I am reading Wind Up Bird Chronicles by Murakami, and so far it is keeping my attention, even though I have very little time quite late in the night.

If you haven't read anything by W. Somerset Maugham I suggest you do!
I have read 'Up at the villa', 'The magician' and 'Theatre' and they were all excellent.
I've just started reading 'The Moon and sixpence' by Maugham but I'm finding it a bit difficult to get into because I haven't sat down and tried to properly read it, which, incidentally, is something I am about to do shortly!
Also anything by Mikhail Bulgakov or Alexandre Dumas has always been a hit for me.

Hey guys, you should try The Mists of Avalon, it is a very good book.

Random I know but there's this series that adorable and every time unread it u find new hidden comments and remarks u didn't get before the first ones called pure dead magic and its really funny easy light read one of those cute comfort books

I am currently re-reading the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan in honor of the final book being published. I am on book 2, "The Great Hunt". I have been following this series for 20 years and I highly recommend it to all!

I am currently reading The Shoemaker's WifebyAdriana Trigiani. I think my next read is going to be The Painted Girls: A NovelbyCathy Marie Buchanan. I am not really good at recommendations, I usually find my next reads by looking at the lists on Listopia!

Right now I'm reading Finale by Becca Fitzpatrick,and I highly suggest you guys read The Forest of Hands and Teeth! The companions to this book are not as good, but then again, they are written as someone in a 'newer' generation, I guess I could say (even though it's all in the future). It is written BEAUTIFULLY from the eyes of Mary who is a girl in an isolated village run by the Sisterhood, and fenced in to protect them from the Unconsecrated--a new outlook on zombies.

This is my favorite book of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just finished up the last of the Jennifer Crusie books and does she make me laugh! Refreshing to read her.

Lots of fellow readers have been talking about the book 'The Fault in Our Stars' which I hadn't heard of until I joined Goodreads. I saw this book today when shopping, and it was only £3 so I thought 'why not?' Having finished 'The Moon and Sixpence' earlier, I have started this book, and am enjoying it, it's very readable and the characters are loveable.

I'm also intending to read 'Song of Myself' by Walt Whitman as my favourite band, Nightwish, have a song of the same name inspired by this poem, and a Goodreads member had finished it today, which reminded me of its existence. So that will be my next read.

I loved the Wheel of Time series! Its so engrossing!
