Having read some recently, how about some poetry?
Since March host's St. Patrick's Day, maybe something Irish?

March, I think, is also women's history month.
I like the Women's history month concept :)

The word 'March' comes from the Roman 'Martius' after Mars or Ares, the Greek god of war. Maybe something Greek or about war or gods?
