What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Ok i cant provide much information but i really want to remember the title of this book.

It has a white front cover, with leaves and a girl and maybe some other pictures, So im pretty sure its about a girl who i think has to move or is going on a holiday, to her aunties house or someones house, And there is a little girl there, who is either Her own self or this girl she ends up becoming friends with.
But the book is based on this one house that the girl keeps coming back to, its like her own little dream house, i think she discovers it or something. I would say this book is for people around 12-13. Does anyone know the title to this book or does this sound similar to a book youve read?!

Is it scary/horror? If so, it might be something by Mary Downing Hahn. I haven't read her books, but they seem to center around a young girl staying at someone's house who meets another child who ends up being a creepy/ghostly presence.

You don't mention horror, but since you said the child might be the little girl herself, I thought it was worth a shot.
