Dom | 3 comments I would like to read 100 books by the end of the year. So far I'm four books behind so I'm not off to the greatest start. Classes just started back up so that may slow me down a bit. Even if I only read 80 books I'll be beyond happy. So here goes nothing!

1. From the Passages of Revenants: The Dark Verse, Volume I 1/11
2. A Storm of Swords 1/21
3.

Review: A book of short stories. They're enjoyable for the most part but nothing too special. They all seem to follow the same formula and they all have the same tone and voice. So it's repetitive in a sense.

Review: This book was pretty exciting from beginning to end. In the previous books I would get to the point that I would groan every time certain characters chapters would start but not this time. Everyone had a lot going on in their respective lives. I can't wait to read the next one and see what happens to a few the characters I like more than everyone else. I was glad to see that Jaime Lannister actually has a conscience and was fleshed out a lot more throughout this book. Martin stayed true to his habit of killing off "main" characters. I didn't see some of the deaths that happened coming whatsoever.
