I am quite cool Kyle, you unlike my new best friend Squire, understood the meaning of my original comment about Baseball, which was meant in a bit of fun. I have not once dropped to the level of personal insult, nor will I. But I am a Taurean and will not back down.

Squire (srboone) So...you're full of bull?

I understood your original comment fine, I was simply having fun, which you seem to be incapable of doing, but I still am. I'm a Capricorn. I have no idea what that means, but maybe it explains something or other.

And you've attempted to insult me a couple of times in your posts, but they were poor attempts, so I'm not surprised they weren't noticed. In fact, you threw the first one.

Anyway, I wasn't aware that I was your best friend, so I sent you a request to make it official. In the meantime, just calm down, take your meds on schedule, and learn to laugh at the world (and yourself while you're at it.) It really does help.

The show dropped that same spoiler, and it's only on season 3. I haven't read A Dance with Dragons yet, so I was pissed too.

I try to stay away from them, too, Squire. But I've really enjoyed the group, and thought most readers would be more considerate than that.. you know?

Not a rant....

I'm very discouraged!!!!
I had a job interview the other day, and the lady that interviewed me said she'd give me a call the next day to let me know her decision. Well, she never called me. I guess she didn't like me....
Yet another place that hasn't given me a job. :-(

I am very sorry to hear this, buddy.. Did you ever call them back, inquiring into the status of said position? A lot of times that will tell the employer whether someone truly wants the job or not.
Who could NOT like you, anyway? As far as I'm concerned, they are missing out!

nowadays, they always say that. remember, you can't even walk into a business and shake someones hand, and ask if they have positions available. no more paper copy of an application. everything is by computer, so people don't have to deal with you face to face.

sorry, you didn't get it; that just means a blessing is around the corner. don't block the blessing, be ready for it!! Go, Holly!!

My pleasure, Holly!:)

No, unfortunately it's not. But I will fight until it is alright. I'm stubborn as a mule and I intend to use to my advantage.

just leave it alone, Dustin. not worth the typed letters...

i like straight forward people. If someone ticks you off, say what you gotta say privately and then move the hell on. no one cares, if you don't like someone Aaron, but to make it look like Dustin is harrassing you or whatever is tedious and childish. Tell him by private message if he is pissing you off and then let it go.

done.

because you can't kill them...you can't cuss them... you can't give them the evil eye... you can't backhand them...

You always have to suck it up and pretend like things are okay. Sorry, Holly; but it is so true. I do speak up when someone offends, disrespects or is just totally out of line. I speak up so that we are ALL on the same page and they know where I stand. After doing this many years ago; My mother-in-law actually comes to me and says, "Michele, I know you will tell me the truth..." ..and she proceeds to ask a question.

i hope things work out; but do not allow disrespect or slighting of you to continue. You deserve respect to. :)

Agree!! I don't bring work home ever... it gets left in the parking lot. If you work in an office full of women, then it is inevitable. sad, but true. :/
