Ashley Claudy (ashleyclaudy) | 46 comments Loved it and look forward to discussing many more books:-)

Brianna | 171 comments I agree. :)

Hopeless will undoubtedly be very high up on my "best of 2013" list, maybe even at the top. It was an amazing and beautiful story, with many different emotions.
I love Colleen Hoover's writing, and will read anything she writes.

I loved this book! By far the top of my top five YA/NA books. I had no idea it would be as intense as it was bc I hadn't read many reviews beforehand. I laughed at the witty banter between Sky and her friends then I was a sniveling, crying mess by 3/4 in! My only complaint, which is minor because I did love the ending, is I wished there was an epilogue...I just want to know Sky and Holder and Karen and Jack all turned out alright in the future. :-)

Dione Sage | 1 comments LOVED this book! Downloaded it on my kindle but it's one of those books I am going to have to buy in book form because I need it on my bookshelf with all my other favorites!

Ashley Claudy (ashleyclaudy) | 46 comments Ha Ava I agree. It felt wrong to like him when he is so young. I think that is the one thing that kept me from connecting with him and the reason he does not make my book boyfriend list. I still appreciated their relationship though.

Dione! You do this too? My husband thinks I'm crazy because if I love a book so much I have to have the actual book for my shelf. He says they're not "trophies". They kind of are ;)
I also loved Hopeless. I enjoyed reading everyone's opinons on this book, makes it that much more emjoyable. Can't wait to start Vain!

Lindsay This book really turned into something completely unexpected for me. I really enjoyed it - not at all what I had anticipated! I liked the storyline a lot, but almost wish that Sky and Holder had been a little older (especially with the sexual scenes) but nevertheless, really enjoyed it!

MaribelR1837 | 61 comments On my top favorite books. The emotions that come when reading this is so crazy. I loved how she took a dark topic and still made a great story out of out.

” the sky is always beautiful. Even when it's dark or rainy or cloudy, it's still beautiful to look at.....it'll be there no matter what....and I know it'll always be beautiful.”

Cinthia (cinthiah) I just finished it an loved it.

Ashley Claudy (ashleyclaudy) | 46 comments That's amazing! Just confirmed my suspicion that both colleen Hoover and this group are awsome

Brianna | 171 comments I'm so excited about the Q&A :). Since I've now read everything she's written, I want to know what's next. :D.

I loved Hopeless so much, and Colleen is such an amazing writer.

Jennifer Thomas | 29 comments Hopeless was a wonderful read even with the very dark subject matter. It isn't on my re-read radar, when I love a book a re-read it into submission. So I have mixed feelings, I can't put in under my favorites shelf, but I respect how well written it was. I was blown away when Karen turned out to be Sky's aunt, it was a twist I didn't see coming, and I loved that. My only complaint is that Holder said too many "perfect" things to Sky. I can't picture any 18 year old, no matter how much therapy he has been in, to say all those perfect things to her. Don't get me wrong, I loved every line, but I couldn't buy into it 100%. Colleen crafted an amazing story. I was so lucky to buy from her a signed copy, which she made available for about 20 minutes on her blog one night in January. Can't wait to receive it in the mail.

Beth Michele (bethmichelewriter) | 17 comments Before I started reading this book, I actually thought it was going to be a light read. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening. However, I loved every minute of this book, and literally was in tears staring into space by the time it was over. It tugged at my soul and never stopped tugging....

Ashleigh Best book I've ever read!!! I have never cried so hard!!!! Wonderfully fantastic book!!!!

Matthew Turner (matthewturner) | 12 comments I finished this book yesterday and boy, it left a mark. I was a little underwhelmed with the first half of the book - it was a pretty standard coming-of-age type tale - but once you go to the half way point, WOW!

I was left on tenterhooks for the rest of the book. It's certainly one of the most powerful books I've read recently. Very very impressive!

Anyone else have Valentine dreams of Holder in their bed last night?

Joanne (joannekennedy118) I'm a little late, but I just read this book and I just loved it. I couldn't put it down and read it in one sitting!

Kathleen | 7 comments I was soo amazed by Hopeless!! I absolutely loved this book!!! Writing was impeccable. Not the typical romance. Characters were all great. By far my favorite NA book, and all others will have to compare to this one!

I just finished this book and could not agree more with you Brianna. This by far is my favorite book, so far, for 2013. Just amazing!

Jessica Zelkovich | 120 comments I completely agree here with you ladies. This is now the standard for my five star ratings on goodreads. Loved the soul-wrenching beauty in this book to completely being broken to building back up again, acknowledging the hardships yet looking toward tomorrow.

I wasn't here when you guys read this book. But I just looked at the bookshelf and saw you guys read it. I read it a while back.

Does no one agree with me that this book was seriously one of the sexiest and awesomest romance books!? Holder was a hottie/cutie.

My favorite part was when he asked Sky to go on the pill. THAT made me laugh sooo hard.

Nicole - Life on Valley Creek Lane (nicolesdesperateforagoodread) I cannot tell you all what this book has done to me. I FREAKING LOVED IT! It was beautifully tragic and I loved every minute of it.I agree with you all that this is my new 5 star bar! The emotions I felt with this book were all over the map. Colleen Hoover is an amazing storyteller. I have recommended this book to many people and will continue to recommend!

Joanne (joannekennedy118) loved this book.. and so happy that there is going to be a second book called Losing Hope

Jill | 6 comments When a book makes me feel as strongly as this one did, 5 star rating for sure. The scene with her father actually made me cry. And I don't cry easily. Can't wait for the losing hope
