Krystal Markham This was such a good series I can't believe people thought it was boring. You miss a lot of what happens.

Leah~BringMeTheHorizon~ i got confused a lot

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) Well, maybe you should re-read it? Since you know the basic of the story I bet you'll get a lot more out of it.

Nichole Davis So far I've read Inkheart and Inkspell. I'm still waiting for some sort of happy moment that isn't tainted.

I have Inkdeath sitting on my shelf staring at me.

I'm not confused by anything, just waiting for something "happy" to happen. Not Bittersweet. Happy. I'm hoping the conclusion of Inkdeath will give me that. But I have my doubts.

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) (.....spoilers...blah blah.....spoilers.......)

Nichole Davis What spoilers?

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) I would tell you but then it would spoil InkDeath. So....

Nicole I was sometimes confused, but after awhile it made sense. One thing thought I did not like the any of the people in ths series. They pretty much all liked to read and I could not really describe then other then dull.

Kate Kid It was a little confusing but I still enjoyed it. (Mostly because of Farid, he's so cute!) And just to say, I think this discussion is more confusing than the book was. Just saying ;P

I am with you! I loved it. I did have a hard time in the begining, but that was not really the books fault. I did not have a lot of time to read so it took a little for me to get into. Once I sat down and really started reading I could barely put it down. Can not wait to read the last one :)

I'm reading it right now and so far it's even better than Inkheart and I do not find it confusing at all.

omg i tottally agree

not true it was amazing all the the way through maybe this book isn't for you or anyone else that is "confused or bored"

Pepita I liked a lot of things about the inkspell and inkdeath, but I don't think they are half as good as inkheart. Inkheart was simply magical because a lot of things were implied and left to the imagination. This wasn't the case in the other two books.

Of course, this is just an opinion. Please don't reply with things like "not true", like the person before me did, because things like this are subjective.

Pepita about Inkspel and Inkdeath *

i said "not true" because that was my opinion and am i the only one with high comprehension skills because it seems like I'm the only one who does and I'm 13 and African American

Sonia Jarmula Your race has absolutely nothing to do with your intelligence. No one is going to judge how smart you are based on your race.

you say that now, people are always judging my because of how i look i walk into a store, women clutch there bags, clerks have phones in there hands. i know you probably don't want to hear that but it true and i know and i lived. discrimination is a problem all over the world.

Sonia Jarmula I'm very sorry that you have to experience that and I hope that one day you can rise above what people think of you, but here on Goodreads none of us know what you look like so you don't have to defend your race.

thanks and trust i wont let what people think of me make me fell less of a person and stop me from reaching my full potential

Sonia Jarmula You show them! :)

cazdoll I read a bit of these out of my library before but the book was in bad condition so I didn't continue reading, I found a copy of it in a second had shop yesterday for €2 can't wait to read it properly this time :)

Bethanie It wasn't just that it was confusing but it got boring. The point of the book started getting dragged out and then got lost. I would recommend the Thursday Next Series by Jasper Fforde for people who liked the original concept of Inkspell. Fforde does better with his delivery.

really where maybe i need to reread it it wasnt confusing to me at all or boring????

Ashley I remembered liking this book but I read it a long time ago. Can someone tell me what happened in it?

Nana.Muffin I didn't find it confusing as well. I was so drawn to the book that I couldn't stop reading until I finished it. I think it's the book I finished the fastest this year.

Nichole Davis I wasn't confused by it. But It was just so depressing. I only finished book 1 and 2 through sheer force of will. I have ink death sitting on my shelf, staring at me.

I recently donated my copies of ink heart and ink spell to the local library.
