Heh, I had this conversation with a friend the other day - that when Japanese businessmen fuck up, they have the good grace to actually be embarrassed about it and off themselves. American businessmen say "Yeah? And?" and make off with our money. Everyone has lost their sense of shame.

Good point Natalie. We seem to have gotten to the point that we forgive almost everything, because we would want to be forgiven if we did it, instead of making sure that we never put ourselves in that position.

I agree this was a harsh statement and now most news sources will not look beyond the “suicide” one-liner to the real heart of the story, corporate greed.
