Anywho, I am not so good with ideas so go ahead and give me yours if you may.

Haha okay! Give me a second and I'll put my ideas up! Be warned, they're pretty basic, but we can build!

Arrange marriage between two royalties (they could hate each other at first)
Best friends! (A cute classic one :) ))
Ex's that ended horribly, but see each other again and fall for each other all over again
The classic bad boy jock popular/ good nerdy girl
They meet over text messages (maybe they've been at it for a while now and when they finally meet, they realize they're each others enemies since they were kids))
Sorry if this isn't many! If you don't like any of these, I can think up a few more!

I have this unreasonable fear of being pushy, so... Choose whichever one you want or offer more ideas; fine with me.

If that ones is fine with you, I really would like to try that one! :D

Nickname(s): Katie, Kate
Age: 19
Appearance: http://www.portrait-photos.org/_photo...
Princess of: Hartland (Totally made up country XD )
Personality/Background: Kathrine has always been called beautiful, flawless and perfect. Well, isn't that just great? To her, being perfect could quite possibly be the worse thing to be called. Honestly, who wants to be perfect? She has absolutely everything a girl could ask for and yet, she doesn't want any of it. She didn't choose to live her life as a princess. She didn't choose her parents to be king and queen of the entire country. She also didn't choose to be their one and only child. Don't get her wrong. She loves her country and would do anything for it. It's just that she doesn't want to have to live up to all those high expectations she basically fakes all the time. Manners, responsibility, and elegance are all the things she just wish she could throw away for just one moment. But no, if she acted in any way less than a princess should, she'd bring dishonor to her country. And now, now she's apparently getting married to some prince to keep the royal blood going. How stupid is that? She hasn't even met the guy she already knows she'll have to spend the rest of her life with him. Of course, it is her duty for her country, but why can't she marry someone she loves? Though, she hasn't found someone yet, but she might someday. She often reads romantic stories where the girl finds her soul-mate and she lives happily ever after with the one she truly loves. It absolutely sucks.
(Sorry if she's not very detailed D: I'm usually more detailed in the rp!)

I believe it would be interesting to have a prince who secretly doesn't fear getting dirty.

Of course! He's your character so do whatever you please :3
The only thing I ask for is that there's no magic or supernatural stuff in this alternate world XD

███ ♛ ███ ❛ Essential Infrastructure 」"Nice to meet you."
Full Name: Bruno De Fontaine Delacroix
Nickname: None. Nor does he want any.
Gender: The sex whom, while the other would remember every trivial detail to the prominent detail, would not remember ever having a honey moon; he is of the masculine origin of course!
Age: Twenty-one; December 25th at 3:25 AM after almost two days of agonizing labor.
Country: Decorum…
❖ Appearance:

Casual Style: (view spoiler)
❖ Hair Color: A brown so unfathomably dark, it appears obsidian in most cases, albeit if given the right light one will be able to heed the natural pigmentation of his silk tresses. Albeit most of the time his hair is dyed a light brown with blonde highlights.
❖ Eye Color: He has heterochromia. (view spoiler)
❖ Height: 6' 3.62" in height.
❖ Weight: 176 pounds.

███ ♛ ███ ❛ Peripheral Infrastructure」"I believe 'tis none of your business."

Bruno is a slightly shy young androcentric organism who takes pride in his intellect and physical attributes but never fails to lack in amour-propre. Being quiescent to those he deem unknown, he only speaks when he is spoken to. When he speaks, he makes certain to choose his colloquy with caution and tact; thus he is known to be perhaps a little overly vigilant and refrains from divulging his thoughts, for fear of an unfavourable outcome. Bruno obdurately adheres to a firm set of aphorisms; he is logical and rational to a rather escalated extent, albeit he may make rash decisions when it is his sentimental issues that are driving his motives.
Bruno is hesitant to forgive for he takes gradually to anger, thus it is likely that whatever he is piqued by is something that has happened with repetition or it was highly angering; he does not take well to transgressions committed opposed to him. He may come off as frigid or indifferent at best. However, he is willing (albeit hesitant) to extend a hand of affiliation if he deem the individual trustworthy and relatively conscientious. Although even if proven worthy of his companionship, his relationship with most is frosty at best.
Bruno is quite ludicrous when it comes to tasks and accomplishments; activities and such extra curriculum tend to divert his consideration of a social life to a more keen aptitude that drives him to, without demur, charge into alternate matters; due to thus he is not the openly social type and would much rather keep a far literal and non-literal proximity betwixt himself and others. Due to the extremity of his responsibilities as prince, he may come off stand-offish charisma-wise, given he chooses everything with tact since it is believed, to him, that every action counts and he would rather come off as mysterious than a mess-up; in public, his lips rarely move unless he is spoken to of the utmost important matters, and he moves with a graceful stride, however, in person -though not much different- he is a little more open.

███ ♛ ███ ❛ Among other things」"… why do you want to know?"
Other: He partakes in multiple motocross events and hobbies, however, remains to the code of keeping his identity hidden during such things; for the public to know he enjoys dirt would be a rather disgraceful title to royalty. Additionally, he does have tattoos that he hides beneath sleeves and shirts- never to be seen to the unknown:

Just... Just, I'm going to go cry in corner.
Okay. I'm back from fawning over your awesomeness.
I was thinking we could start at an arranged ball. Each set of parents could have arranged it especially for the two to meet ;)

Sure! I prefer starting actually! I shall have my post up in a bit!

Bruno awaited his pending doom beside the 'comforting' presence of his mother and the ever-so-serious facade of his father. Within, Bruno was disgusted in the idea of forcibly falling in love with this feminine specimen yet to be declared no longer unbeknownst to him; if only he had been born to a family lower than royalty- a family that did not require the sacrifice of happiness. Then again, what was there to complain about? He had it better than most if not all, and in his eyes, a little taking away of simple pleasantries was nothing to complain about; he was never a man of love and girls, for he never felt he had any business or time to be worrying about such mundane things. Due to thus, he had no special counterpart- so why should he be worried to take the hand of a stranger?
A soft whack on his right arm brought his heterochromic eyes to his mother, regarding the small queen with the utmost affection, though there was dread mixed in with it as well. "She's coming," his mother whispered to him, causing him to glance at the doors as they opened, and for him time seemed excruciatingly gradual in progress. He was not disappointed in his princess at all, but resentment immediately drowned the awe; she was probably a spoiled brat whom cared for nothing other than getting married to the perfect prince that would give her the perfect like. She would smile in public whilst being a waste of matter in private; she was probably loud, dramatic, and all those annoying things. However, despite these thoughts, he smiled, though faintly. This would mean nothing negative to the public, however, since his smiles were never anything more than faint.

Katherine glanced downwards where she saw the familiar sight of her prince's parents. She had had tea with them to discuss the arrangements of their marriage. She was about to gag every time marriage was mentioned, but she just politely sat on her chair while she sipped her tea. Her gaze shifted in that moment and she met the eyes of her prince. Immediately, she just knew he would be all talk. Not even nice talk. Just talking about himself and how good looking and prince like he was. Okay, she would be lying if she said he wasn't that good looking, because he was and more. In fact, she was a little caught off guard and found herself slipping on her heel as she stepped down the stairs. Her cheeks immediately flushed, but she pulled herself together and gave a reassuring smile to the crowd of people. God, she hated this. She would have rather just kept falling so that she would get to skip all of this getting to know you stuff. It was all business. Her parents couldn't make her fall in love with this guy.
With a sharp breath she finally made it to the dance floor and everyone separated for her and her new prince. Seriously? She couldn't just go hide in a small space? She at the vey least wanted to talk with him while everyone else was doing their own thing, not watching them meet for the first time. She swallowed hard and kept her posture before gliding gently across the floor to meet the prince head on. Slowly and reluctantly, she did a small curtsy for him. Like he deserved it. Someone just shoot her now. "Prince Bruno." She spoke up in one of those sweet soft voices. Why did everything have to be so formal? Oh that's right. People were watching and she couldn't mess up her families appearance.
![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
He straightened his posture and haphazardly disposed of the ludicrous thoughts and locked them away in the untouched recesses of his mind to be pulled out again another time; his princess had descended the steps and was now coming toward him. He could not help but notice how she seemed to- not even walk- but glissade along the surface of the marble floor. Bruno watched as everyone dispersed, forming a perimeter around them as their prying eyes anticipated sparks to fly; no sparks would fly tonight, but Bruno would feign it so. Bruno flinched, just the slightest, when she called him 'Prince Bruno'. He despised the idea of being called prince, but right now was not the time to correct her on that; he was Prince Bruno De Fontaine Delacroix tonight, and would be just Bruno once everyone was gone.
Giving her a perfectly angled bow, he then straightened up to his full altitude. "Princess Kathrine," he whispered, holding his breath as he knew what would have to come next. He extended his right hand to her, to invite her into a gainly waltz, though he believed it was anything but inviting. At least perhaps once they began to dance, the others would partake in their own graceful movements and leave them be to, at the least, talk without the searching eyes watching their every facial expression. On cue, the string quartet began to play, the high pitched albeit beautiful hymn of the violins filling the air mixed in with the deep moan of the cello and the viola.

Her crystal blue eyes glanced up to meet his as she gently took his hand for the dance that....everyone would watch at first. How embarrassing. But his eyes... They were of two colors. Her own eyes filled with curiosity and she let herself fit with him into a waltz position. Now, she had learned to talk quietly with moving her lips much so people wouldn't hear her. "Your eyes..." She murmured bluntly. It wasn't like she didn't like them. In fact it was quite the opposite. She was intrigued by them and she couldn't stop herself from observing their colors. But then, then she remembered she didn't want to find this guy appealing at all. She wanted nothing to do with him. Letting him lead, they slipped into the middle of the floor and others finally started to dance as well. "Are they real?" She she ended up asking. The more she looked at the more she saw beauty in them. She couldn't pull her glance away from him. Okay, this would be the only thing she would find appealing about him and that was it. There wasn't any way she would fall for someone she was set up with.
![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
Bruno gave her a millisecond of a smirk, the right corner of his mouth twitching up into the slightest smile before it disappeared just as swiftly as it had come; based on her reactions, she was not appalled by his abnormal eyes but at the same time, he could not exactly see anything close to an approval; perhaps she was just good at hiding her emotions just as he. Taking his gaze off of her for a second to address the rest of the crowd, relieved to know that, they too, were partaking in their own graceful movements. He then glanced back down to the princess and slowly nodded, though he knew this was rude; he grew up learning that words were better than sign language.
"They are, indeed, authentic." Bruno was actually rather uncomfortable when it came to talking about his eyes; people never seemed to be able to grasp the concept that his eyes were this way, and often commented on them every time they saw him- no matter how many times they might have met in person. "It's called heterochromia; I was born with it. Don't worry… it is not contagious." Bruno wandered if she was as irritated by this whole thing as he was. He kept quiet, however, and decided not to ask, for if she was actually enjoying this he did not want to let her know that he was not. As sad as it sounded, he wanted to crawl into his bed and fall asleep- away from the world.
Bruno didn't know what to say to her. He did not know whether she was a true, spoiled princess who loved compliments are a rebellious teenager under disguise; like he. "Your eyes are rather beautiful themselves," he whispered, though it sounded more like some awkward compliment than a smug flirt.

Katherine found herself even more intrigued when he explained they were in fact real. Huh. She had never seen anything quite like it before and she couldn't stop staring even though she knew that was rude of her. It was incredible to have two colors in your eyes. Her movements were gentle with his and slow enough for conversation. Though, she was never a huge fan of dancing. She was quite clumsy at too, but she tried her best in her little forced ballroom lessons. Her eyes weren't leaving his out of her curiosity, but as soon as he commented on hers she, almost too quickly, glanced anywhere other than his eyes. "Thank you..." She mumbled softly. God, this was awkward and she just hated this whole tension between them. Like, 'hey, I'm getting married to you soon so let's make first time small talk'.
If only she could just tell him to cut all of this formal crap and she would too. Within in her thoughts, she lost count of which rhythmic step they were on and she accidentally stepped hard on his toe. She widened and flushed pink. "S-Sorry." She muttered with a half apologetic look. Why did she have to be so not princess like sometimes? It was like she was born into the wrong family. But don't get her wrong, she loves her parents, it's just this whole position she has to take up that gets to her. "I don't really dance." She murmured out loud. A princess was never supposed to speak of her flaws, but it wasn't like she cared. It was the truth. She didn't and if she was going to be forced into this marriage then he had better know what he was getting himself into.
![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
As silence pervaded the atmosphere, other than the music, he pursed his lips into a taut grim line; this was rather awkward. If he was going to sleep next to her at night, and be by her side, he hoped it would not be this awkward whether it turned out he liked her or not. He did establish the fact that she was not just any spoiled brat; a brat would be ranting on about how great she is and how she ever awaited this moment- she seemed not to be enjoying this. "Princess Katherine…" he began, wondering why he had still gone with the formal way when he was about to address that he didn't want to be formal; this was rather contradictory of him.
He hissed beneath his breath as she stepped on his toe and he tried his best to act like nothing had happened, but the pain still burned quite a bit. "It's okay…" he grumbled, giving her an accepting smile. "Knowing you can admit your flaws, that makes things so much easier for me." He glanced around and he saw everyone occupied with their own conversations; even his mother and father were dancing and talking. "How about we get out of here, princess?" He asked. It was not meant to be romantic at all- more of a weak attempt at tease, since he rarely ever joked. "We can sneak out onto the porch or something." All the while, he led her with a more firm set of moves, to make certain it appeared she knew how to dance all on her own.

Katherine in the moment, sort of wanted to laugh at his little grumble after she accidentally stomped on his toe. But she decided against it since that would be rather inappropriate in front of her parents. Though, most everyone were engaged with their own conversations by now. Well, at least all of their eyes weren't on them anymore. That was making things much more easier for her. Her brow rose a slightly as he commented on her flaw of dancing, but just nodded to him before looking downwards at their feet stepping together. Her lips were parting as she counted the steps in her head. No one was watching so she figured it wasn't too much of a big deal.
Then her head jerked upwards as he mentioned sneaking out. She didn't see it as a joke nor a romantic gesture. She saw it as an escape. Suddenly there was this wide smile on her lips that was full of excitement. "Really?!" She asked a little too loudly which made her take a deep breath to regain her cool. "I mean. That isn't... We're supposed to stay within the ballroom." She said aloud as if to try and convince herself to stay, but she wanted out of this terribly crowded room. She wanted to stop listening to the same music they always played. She felt him pull her along the dance floor almost effortlessly and she glanced around to see both their parents occupied with some other matters. "Come on..." She said, ignoring her last statement before slipping her hand from his hand and wrapping it tightly around his wrist. Her movements were swift seeing as she had done this all before. Within moments, she had lead him to one of the older balconies. Finally, she could smell fresh air and not a bunch of little finger sandwiches. This was probably the most rebellious thing she'd done all week and it was refreshing. "Finally." She murmured to herself as she looked out over the night sky.
![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
As the proximity between they and the ballroom continued to widen, he felt the music grow more and more faded and the soft murmur of voices were practically inaudible; they were finally free if not for just a few minutes. Sighing quietly to himself, he fiddled with his tie, wondering if he should just take it off. No. If he took it off he would have to put it back on once they returned so he would need to deal with the pesky accessory for the time being. "So you dislike this as much as I?" He asked her, his eyes twinkling in the starlight; perhaps this was his chance to tell her and show her that they didn't even have to be married. Legally they were, but they could be friends if it made any sense.

Her look on her face was serious, but still harmless as she answered his question. "I hate it." She told him calmly. She let out a breath and then glanced out to the rather beautiful view of fields and fields of hills until it met the line of the horizon. "I mean really. It's so stupid to think I have to get married to someone I barely know, before I even know them." Then she glanced to him with an apologetic smile. "No offense." She told him before continuing freely with her opinions. "It's not fair one bit and I don't want to do any of this. It may sound crazy, but I actually don't think I want to get married and I know I'd probably be like banished or something by my parents. Oh god m parents would... I don't even what to think about it. So then you don't like this either? That means you're not going to repeat any of this right?" This was the first time in a long time she finally just let everything out. Of course, she was a bit of a more outspoke girl than most in the land of Hartland.

![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
Bruno joined his hands together behind his back, listening intently to her as she ranted on; he understood why she needed to talk and he knew exactly why he should listen- for she had no one to talk to and perhaps he could be here to listen to her, to let her get all those built-up feelings that she had concealed. "No offense taken, princess," he whispered, somewhat amused to realize she was not finished. He walked closer to her, standing three feet beside her lest she felt she needed the extra space.
"Princess, I would just like to establish that we may become married, but we do not need to act like it; I can sleep on the floor if it makes you feel better about our living together. No cuddling, no kisses- none of that unless there is no way around it." He then in-took a deep breath. "We don't have to go everywhere together, and we don't…" this was odd for Bruno; he rarely ever got so tongue-twisted and stuttery. "Just… mutual friends?"

"Hm.. Friends. I hadn't thought about it." She pondered thoughtfully before looking to him with a half smile. "Friends don't call friends princesses." She commented. In fact, the whole princess title didn't sit well with her much, but it wasn't like she could change her status.
![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
"Should we return to the party?" He asked her, playfully offering that she hook her arm around his. "There's probably only about two hours left."

Her eyes glanced to his apologetic ones. "It's fine." She murmured reassuringly before looking to his playful gesture. Two hours to acted all proper and again. Two full hours of making fake small talk and two hours of pretending she was okay with everything going on. Her posture straightened as she reluctantly took his arm. "I guess we don't have much choice."
![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
"Dancing should be over by now, all we have to do is talk to the guests and answer their questions. Should not be too horrible." He pushed the doors open to the ball and was immediately met with a few stares, albeit it was- to his relief- not enough to stop the party. "Where have you two been?" The voice of his mother. Letting Katherine's arm go, he addressed his mum. "We went to get some fresh air is all." "Don't leave like that…" the exasperated mumbling of his mother trailed off as she sauntered elsewhere to talk to a few of the important guests. "Are you okay on your own, Katherine?" This was the part where they made small talk with important political figures and he knew not whether she wanted to go on her own separately or join him.

![Psᴇᴜᴅᴏʟᴏɢᴏs [ ɢᴏɴᴇ ] (MuchLikeFalling)](https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1419535380p1/7802409.jpg)
Bruno purposely let his mouth go agape as he gestured to himself in a perplexed manner; was she insinuating that he could not do such a mundane task on his own? Surely he could handle a few questions whilst supplying accurate and professional answers. "I think I'll manage, thank you," he teased back, the slightest hint of doubt in his voice- the doubt of believing she could survive without him. "However, feel free to come to me if you need my aid." He gave her a cheeky, childish grin before he parted ways with her.
"Prince Delacroix?" a male voice said, bringing him out of his wordless deliberation. He turned to the person standing next to him. "Yes?" said Bruno, an unimpressed look on his eyes while eyeing the fifty-year-old man in front of him; perhaps he could up his mood a little. He couldn't help it, however. "I am Leo Adustum." the guest introduced himself, offering his hand for a shake. "It's a pleasure to meet you, prince."
'Sadly, I can´t tell the same…'
"The pleasure is all mine, Mr. Adustum.", answered Bruno steadily as both of them shook hands shortly. This Leo Adustum was one of the leaders of the Consilium. All of those present were, or otherwise they wouldn't be here right at the moment. "How are you feeling, your highness?" spoke the old man as he unconsciously stirred up the ice in his glass of tea-colored whisky. "I guess you're tired from the trip, aren't you?" "I've had worst ones, Mr.—Adustum." the brunet young man replied politely, nearly forgetting his guest's name. It was not his fault, not when he had heard the same speech from the other four previous ones.
"Oh! Please, just call me Leo, would you?" the bald man requested. "I would rather call you by your last name, if you don't mind…" retorted Bruno, an irrevocable apathy manifesting on his surface, though he tried to mask it with great effort. He didn't want to develop any kind of reliance with them; he had no desire to do so. "Oh! Of course! As you wish; your highness." Leo agreed smiling. Oh, a fake one. It didn't surprise him, since he himself was faking at the moment. "So, now what are your plans, Prince Bruno? I've heard from your father that you'll be studying laws and politics next year."
"Yes, I will Mr. Adustum. I'll follow the traditional teachings of my family," answered Bruno, while pretending a small smile of his own. Yes, he was a hypocrite, he had always been. Hypocrisy was his mean for survival in this world. If he was to go and being honest in each relationship Decorum held until now, everything would downfall, and their system itself would collapse. It was a necessary evil, and he would have to live with it whether he liked it or not. "Your record in the academy was exceptional. I'm sure the King is proud of you, prince." The man said.
"I do what I must to please my father." Bruno replied as he nonchalantly took an involuntary glance around the room. "Indeed, your highness." Adustum said as he placed his glass of alcohol on the tray. "I'm sure you are glad with the marriage proposal." The man commented as he grabbed another glass of whisky.
"Yes, and I'm quite impressed. Who would have thought?" Bruno smirked. "After all these years, waging a cold war against us, they finally decided to take a more diplomatic path." He remarked the word. His tone was almost ironical. Yes, it was a more diplomatic tactic to mask their rivalry, and camouflage their actions against his kingdom by tying him to their daughter; however… it was hypocritical to say his country had not had its own part in bringing harm to the country of Hartland.
"Yes. In fact, everybody here thinks of the same as you. Nevertheless, if they want peace, as they claimed, it would be thought wrong to turn them down. Don´t you think so?" Adustum said while stirring up the ice in his drink again, a sharp smile on his lips. "Nevermind; Prince Bruno. So tell me… when is our heir going to officially engage?" he asked somewhat of lively, changing their subject of discussion. Bruno's fake smile immediately dispersed to make way for a frown and he unknowingly groaned. The chatter around them and the clinking of glasses and ice seemed to ring in his ears and it increasingly bothered him. "Excuse me, sir… I have an important matter to attend to at this just moment." With those dismissive words, he turned on his heel and gained proximity betwixt himself and the man. It was not like he had just been hearing of marriage. He was just… so sick of hearing about it.

Katherine had felt somewhat satisfied when he gaped at her a bit. She got a sort of thrill when she took people by surprise. She wasn't too sure why, but she just liked it. But then he made his little comment about her coming to get him so cheekily that it gained a small glare out of her. She could handle herself just fine. Just as she was about to backfire with something else he was already being occupied by some older male.
So, she just turned around on her merry way and turned up the level of her elegance before approaching others. It felt like everything people talked about was her marriage. How exciting it was that she was finally becoming a strong young woman. How exactly did getting married make you a strong woman? She would have thought it made a woman weaker. But she just told each one that it was exciting and gave her thank you's for everyone's blessing. Honestly she could have told them all that she hated the entire idea of marrying Bruno like this. Marrying anyone like this was horrible really. After person after person she let out a breath feeling exhausted. At least there was only a half hour left.
One last person whom was her Aunt Helen came up to her. "Oh Princess Katherine. I'm so pleased to know you're getting married. "
"Yeah, I really think it will help bring the kingdoms together." Katherine told her through her lying teeth. She took a small sip of her drink before Helen continued.
"Please tell me, how many new heirs are you planning on giving your family?" She asked excitedly which caused Katherine to full on choke on her fruity drink.
"Wh-What?" She spat out as she tried to somehow regain herself.
"Oh Katherine you were always to kept to yourself."
"R-Right." Katherine choked out. The thought honestly never occurred to her. Being married to someone so forcibly was bad enough let alone having children with someone you barely knew.

Pulling up his sleeve and checking the time on the watch; he could tell the crowd had begun to disperse and based on the time- it was a good thing they were doing so for their was a little less than an hour left. Actually… less than thirty minutes left. His gaze scanned the room and he spotted Katherine exchanging words between someone she seemed… somewhat comfortable with, but whatever it was the woman had said or asked caused her to commit a mishap. He appeared by her side in a few long strides, offering the woman a pleasant smile. "Good evening, madam. Did you enjoy yourself?" Bruno had no clue what it was that had embarrassed Katherine but he wanted to divert the conversation.

"Oh your fiancé has come to answer my questions that you seem to be so shy about little Katie." Helen spoke up with an innocent warm smile. "I'm doing just fine. I don't believe we had the opportunity to meet. I'm Little Katie's Aunt on her mother's side." Oh god how Katherine hated being called little Katie. She was sure Aunt Helen was deliberately trying to embarrass her. "Tell me Prince Bruno, do you plan on giving our family royal offspring destined for greatness." And there, there she said it and Katherine was about to just lose it as her cheeks turned redder by the second.
"You know, Aunt Helen, we erm.. Really haven't even gotten any wedding plans yet." Katherine tried to explain without hurling at the thought of getting married again.

"I have given the idea some thought beforehand, and though it is essential to have heir in order to ensure the continue of our kingdoms, I have not yet reached a conclusion. Princess Katherine and I will think this over together once the wedding is through with. I insure you, however, that there will be heir somewhere in the future." Bruno despised how professional he sounded at the moment and the lies on his tongue tasted bittersweet. He had not given this any thought and he did not like the idea of having kids, nor thinking about it when he was still so young. "Now if you may excuse us? I am afraid the night is approaching." He was so tired. Whether it was bed or floor he wanted sleep.

"Oh how wonderful to hear." Her aunt exclaimed satisfied with his lies. What could possibly be wonderful about her thinking about having children so early on? It was all just so sickening to Katherine. At least the whole night was coming to an end and when Bruno had gotten her Aunt to say a goodbye, she didn't even know how she could thank him. Thoughtlessly, Katherine leaned against Bruno and let out a soft breath. "It's over." She said with a relieved tone. Ballroom dances for others were supposed to be relaxing and a time to get away from all the stresses in life, but for her it was nothing but exhausting to give everyone an answer they wanted to hear.

He then threw his contemplation down to her heels. Oh, those shoes women often called torture devices. "Fell free to remove the pain; I can carry them." He doubted Katherine was the type to so readily accept unnecessary male chivalry, but he wanted to make certain Katherine got as much relief as he could give her before the stress of being married came and then eventually the stress of the coronation that would inevitably take place. No longer would they be Prince and Princess but King and Queen.

Katherine closed her eyes for a moment to just relax and she didn't realize how she had just leaned onto Bruno so casually until she felt a few pats to her back. Her eyes shot open a bit wider than usual and she quickly stepped away and glanced over to where her parents who gave that same dismissal look as Bruno's parents. Of course, it wasn't like she needed permission to leave. She could have done that the whole time, but then there would be of course punishment so sometimes she actually followed what her parents told her to do. She could have groaned at the thought.
Her brow rose at the topic of the bed. Their bed now. It might have been to unruly to be in a bed with a man you weren't married to yet, but her parents and probably his too were really pushing for them to do well together. Sickening really. So she didn't really catch that humor in his voice when she tensed at the word bed. "R-Right." She muttered before starting out of the ballroom towards the chambers. Then she turned her glance to what he was referring to. Her eyes looked down to her sore feet squeezed into an inch too small of heels. She had trudged on with every painful step every time she wore some heels. "I'm princess, I think I can handle some heels." She told him half jokingly with a soft smile to let him know she really was only kidding. Having help wasn't really her thing ether even if most people offered constantly in her life.

"Suit yourself," he muttered, a glint of some unreadable emotion flickering momentarily in his eyes before he let it be. He wanted to further comment on how she only just now took her princess title as some type of reference to herself; it was these moments, whether little or small, that she could refer to herself as a princess. For a princess was not always luxury, it was being brave enough to do the unthinkable. Including wearing those torture devices these feminine people called heels. The rest of the way to the chambers, were mostly enveloped in silence.
The only sound he found, and it was surprisingly soothing, were the echoing sound of her heels hitting the marble floors. Perhaps these sounds were merely a reminder that no longer was he alone; he never was, but when you could meet someone who did not act like being one of the most important people in the world was easy, it didn't feel like such an empty world anymore. And for once, having someone by his side who could call him by his first name made him feel merely normal. Bruno. As they tread deeper into the territory of the west wing of the castle, where all was most quiet, he opened a relatively large door, but it was hollow… and surprisingly almost weightless. "Welcome home!" He cheered this almost… cheerlessly. "… I guess."
Bruno knew this was probably her first stay away from home, or at least… perhaps she had been to other places overnight but in a way this was different; this was spending the night at what would probably be the rest of her life. "Bathroom's that door… and your necessities have already been delivered." He gestured to the door on the right side of the room that encased the bathroom and the suitcases that had been neatly places in the corner of the room. Bruno would prepare himself, but he felt it was the girl whom should go first. Chivalry might have seemed like it died, but in royalty it never does.
So, do you have any idea your heart is set on?
If not, I have a few basic ones!
