Susie (dragonsusie) | 2469 comments I've just added the above book to the database and, after looking through the author's other books, have noticed what seems to be a different edition from a seperate publisher - The Vegetarian Cookbook by Nicola Graimes . What I noticed most, aside from the title, was the cover. Now would these be considered different editions of the same book or completely seperate of each other?

❂ Murder by Death (murderbydeath) Same book, different edition. (They have the same editor/author). I've combined them.

Ignore that. I see that although the covers look almost identical - the titles are just that bit different. So, although same editor, I'm not going to combine unless someone can verify the recipes are the same/similar enough to make them the same book. They most likely are, but still...

Susie (dragonsusie) | 2469 comments It's an intriguing one, but it's not unlike Marks & Spencers to create their own version of things. Tthe book content is the same, the photo is even the same, but the titles are different. Probably best to leave them separate, then.

Actually, if the content is the same then they should be combined!

Yes, but I'm not sure the content IS the same.

Hmm. I combined them based on Susie's comment -- should they be separated again? I notice that both books have the same subtitle ("the practical guide to preparing and cooking delicious vegetarian meals") and similar page counts....

There's probably a good deal of overlap between the content, so let's leave them combined unless someone has more evidence to the contrary.
