romance novel with paranormal investigators who are called out to house by the lady who just bought it to make sure that there aren't any ghosts and while there they go into a room with a giant clock and when it starts to chime the characters are put under a spell where the guy can talk to the woman inside her head and any question he asks her she has to tell the truth. He has no problem admitting that he has feelings for her however she doesn't want to.

It turns out that the house is haunted by a man and woman who were killed by her husband when he found them together in the living room in front of that giant clock. They're cursed to stay there until they can both that the feelings they have for each other is much more than lust.

PLEASE IF ANYBODY HAS ANY IDEAS I WOULD APPRECIATE IT SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!

I don't have an answer to your question but I have the same problem. I finished reading a book ( can't remember even the name of that book) after the original book ended it had a sample of another book, not by the same author but prob the same publisher?
It was about a girl who finds herself sitting on a red velvet couch talking to a stranger. The couch that they are sitting on is located in something like an airport terminal w/ 2 gigantic escalator's leading to heaven or hell. Everyone is in the terminal/ limbo until their name is called & they are given an assignment that will decide their fate.
Does anyone have any clue what this book us, who wrote it? Anything? It has been bugging me for almost a year with no one having a clue. I'd be eternally grateful if someone could help. Thanks -Clare
