The remaining ebook versions will be available in April. It's a SciFi thriller set on a desperate and dying alternate earth, with lots of jokes thrown in for good measure.

Has anyone here bought the book? I notice a few have been sold on Amazon, just wondering who they were as my loyal family and friends have not bought any at all.

Some background on this book: I started it seventeen years ago. 17! It's most probably 18 now. It has reached age of consent. It has been through various rewrites over that time and most of the bad puns were taken out.

There were more I hear you ask. Yes, there were. I know. Hard to believe, but I was younger then. Well, weren't we all? And in a way, that is what the book is about, frozen moments in time.

And gags! (Gags is not being used as a verb!)

Brenda, Is this the also the place where I could let fellow Aussie readers know that I am giving away a signed copy of the book as well?

If only there was a simple, yet subtle, way to let people know about the story, with its clever examination of Descartes, Shakespeare and Douglas Adams, all wrapped up in a heavy coating of fun.

It would be great to tell people that it offers some great ideas about time, identity, memory and even the the birth of the universe, plus has some funny dialog.

Hello Brenda, a quick technical question. If I wanted to thank everyone who entered the competition, is there a way of doing that? Do I ask them to be friends or something, or is there a simple mechanism after the competition is over?

That's really nice of you to want to thank everyone..the only thing I can suggest is you make another thread in the Author Spotlight section, maybe titling it THANKS TO ALL or something similar. It would get all OUR members checking it out. But because it's within the Goodreads giveaway system, I don't think it would be possible to broadcast a message to everyone without it taking you a lot of time. You'd have to privately message everyone who entered and that could literally be thousands. And no, don't do a friend request, as that would irritate some people, as they don't "know" you...
