I have this one too. There are apparently a lot of romance authors with the first name Loretta. :-\

Oh yeah Seana, I think you get a pass on this one.

Maybe an alternate spelling or similar name like was suggested with Sean (Shawna, Seanan, etc.)? Also, while I don't advocate reading something you really hate, this IS an opportunity to expand outside of usual reading choices, so doing that within reason seems to me to be an advantage, not a hindrance...

What about last or middle name of Seana? The rule is "shares your first name" - it doesn't say the it has to be the author's first name, too.

There is Shauna Niequist. Spelled differently, but I imagine is pronounced the same?

I'm struggling for this category too. I feel like Marie should be a bit easier than Seana, mind you, but I can't come up with anything. Anyone have any recommendations of any Maries?

I decided to go with an audio book read by someone with my first name. Davina Porter nararates a lot of audio books. It may be cheating, but I'm going with it.

Not that you need it, Davina, but it sounds like a reasonable accommodation or interpretation. Go for it, girl!

I don't think it's cheating....Davina is an unusual name and you'd be hard pressed to find someone better than Davina Porter....she's a great narrator.
