I think I missed that Lynda Chance one. Is it good?

message 5: by Stacey (new)

Stacey (staceyissassy) I haven't read the Lynda Chance one either. Definitely agree on the first ones though. Going to check out the L C one.

Sarah | 164 comments Me too :)

Also Wild Man (Dream Man, #2) by Kristen Ashley

message 9: by Stacey (new)

Stacey (staceyissassy) I really enjoyed Wild Man, but I don't know if I could handle being in a relationship with an undercover cop. I'm glad (view spoiler)

message 10: by Angie H. (new)

Angie H. (AnHS) | 6 comments I really liked A Reason to Breathe by C.P. Smith. Lynda Chance has great alpha heroes. I'm looking forward to seeing what y'all recommend too.

Especially if Brock is OTT about his work.

message 12: by Stacey (new)

Stacey (staceyissassy) Exactly.

message 13: by Karen (new)

Karen | 17 comments How could I have forgotten Brock?! He was my first KA hero- a definite must read.
Lynda Chance is an auto-buy for me. I pull her books out for a reread when I need a hit of alpha sauce. Heads up: if you're not familiar with her writing - she writes pure cave men. I will say that out of her books Louisiana Liasions is not her best but a great fix.
I also should mention Kele Moon's Battered Hearts series, crossing the line. The hero is not OTT but he is swoon worthy and hunkilicious - GREAT read.

message 14: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 164 comments I do a reread of The Pursuit by Lynda Chance when I need an OTT alpha fix lol

message 15: by Sivutha (new)

Sivutha (sivy) | 133 comments Sounds good to me :)

SB*needs low angst books* | 825 comments I need to check out the Lynda Chance ones and Tessa Bailey.

One I read recently that was good was Center Mass and a oldie but goodie to me was Bare It All.

message 17: by Angie H. (new)

Angie H. (AnHS) | 6 comments Pursuit was a 5* for me, loved Bare It All! I haven't heard of Center Mass, so I appreciate the recommendation ... putting it on my TBR list. Thanks!

It was really funny but also sweet. I hope you enjoy it.

Oh yea! I have read most of her books. Really like them for OTT Alphas

Stacey (staceyissassy) Every time I see Alpha Cops my first thought is Robo Cops. My second thought...I have this image of a line of police officers, all buff, hot and smirking. It's a nice image :-)

message 24: by Peacock (new)

Peacock | 14 comments I have never read Lynda Chance. Which series should I start with?

message 25: by CC (new)

CC | 28 comments I like Rancher's of Chatum County and Louisiana Liaisons better than the House of Rule. But I also recommend Marco's Redemption and Pursuit.

message 26: by CC (new)

CC | 28 comments I recommend Jacked (Trent Brothers, #1) by Tina Reber as a good general alpha cop read!

message 27: by Carvanz (new)

Carvanz | 77 comments Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion as to another writer that is similar to Lynda Chance. LOVE her OTT alphas! Need more like them!

message 28: by Angie H. (new)

Angie H. (AnHS) | 6 comments Thanks CC, I haven't read Jacked ... adding to my TBR list now. :-)

I enjoyed https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... (Slim to None by Freya Baker). He was a cop turned private investigator.

I hadn't realized it but I have read Justified and gave it a 4 star rating while also listing it as an author to buy more of. Thanks for the reminder. AND, I think I have a bundle of her Until series in my waiting to be read books. Gonna have to jump right onto that. Thanks for the push/tip/reminder!

If you liked Justified, you may like some of Jordan Silver stuff. That book reminded me of her heros.

SB*needs low angst books* | 825 comments Some other hero as cop books I thought were good The Witness by Nora Roberts , Love’s Tempting (The Love's Series) by Maryann Jordan , and Open Season by Linda Howard .
