2015-06 - Cyberpunk - what would you read?

If it is still available once June arrives, I will read Snow Crash. Currently it is only available through the digital library branch. I added it to my wishlist, since, if I check it out now, it only has a 14 day circulation, which would give me about1 week to read it.

The Difference Engine
The Quantum Thief
The Peripheral
Freedom™
Rule 34
Anathem
Glasshouse
vN
Lock In
Saturn's Children
Quicksilver
The Atrocity Archives
For the Win
Machine Man
Nova Swing
depending what I can fit into my challenges.
Interesting choice. I was doing a challenge that asked to read a book from a non-traditional genre and I couldn't come up with one. Well, now I have. I have gone through the first four pages of the list before I found any books that I have listed as wanting to read, and to page 5 before I found one that I have read.
I think I will try to go with either:
Quicksilver
Cinder
Or
Cryptonomicon

Coralie, DG, and I are clearly atypical on this shelf. On just page 1, I have 12 Read, 5 TBR, 1 considering (and 2 series-to-be-read-later that I can't read till I read the earlier ones). My problem will be choosing among them.
I think I might start with one of Gibson's, Pattern Recognition.
For those of you wondering where to start, I recommend Little Brother, by Cory Doctorow, who is amazing as a person as well as an author. As just one example, when a school superintendent in Florida closed down a summer reading program because the teens would be reading Little Brother, Doctorow shipped caseloads of the book free to the teachers who had been organizing the program. Cinder is another YA book that might be a gentle introduction to the genre.
My favorite on page 1 was Freedom, but you'd probably want to read the first one in the series first. That's Daemon, and I gave it 5 stars as well.

I'm surprised by how many books I have from this shelf. I have even more on my "get from library" shelf which I didn't even consider in the list above.

Well, I got Snow Crash out of the digital library and then forgot about it while I read other books. Now it has digitally gone back to the library. Not sure if I will actually read for this shelf, since I am working so hard on other challenges.

I must admit this isn't a typical shelf for me (which is shown by only a handful of books being ticked on my GR shelf) - what will you be looking forward to read on cyberpunk?
Though it seems I've read 2 that I rated 5 stars! Alif the Unseen and Jennifer Government -if you're interested.
