question on this series... would you suggest reading The Assassin's blade first or come back to it?

I just finished Throne of Glass (first book in the series) today. I'm really feeling Dorian, but I know that the whole situation is very unlikely that they could be together. I'm content with Chaol, though. I don't hate either one, which is rare because usually in a love triangle I'm obsessed with one and loathe the other. I'm curious to see how my opinion might change as I read further into the series...

I'm in the middle of the third book now, just got it back from the library. I still choose Chaol so far. Let me know what you think when you finish the second book Kim!

With the third book finished, I may need to add more men to this versus!!

4th book comes out tomorrow!!! Can't wait!

I actually bought it on an audible sale awhile back. I really don't have an excuse as to why I haven't read it yet.

I've added Rowan to the list because.. well because I love Rowan out of all three choices.

I am torn between Chaol and Dorian, I kinda like them both. I have not met Rowan yet

I agree with Kim, I usually really like one and despise the other.

I'm so excited you guys can join in. I don't want to give anything away but I'm team Rowan. I was team Chaol for awhile though.

I assume Rowan comes into play book 3?! I am a sucker for the underdog, so I am leaning toward team Prince Dorian. Chaol made me a little mad.

Haha there were times I did root for Dorian, but I always had a soft spot for Chaol.

I am reading Throne of Glass now and the farther I read the more I like Darion :) I'm trying to stay open minded though until I get caught up.

During TOG i went back and forth. One page I liked Chaol and the next page Dorian.

Haha! Yes, that's why I'm team Rowan now! Chaol needs a serious attitude adjustment. And I've been over Dorian for two books now.
