i finished coHF last year like a week after it came out and now i hear that its going to be ANOTHER YEAR til the dark artifices comes out... i dont think i can wait ;((

Does anyone know which specific characters are going to be in the book? I know that the main character will be Emma, but will the rest of the characters also be there?

Unfortunately I`m gonna wait a little longer.I`m Turkish,so I have to wait fot the translation.

Julian and the rest of the Blackthorn family is going to be in the main characters.Also we`re going to see Jace,Clary,Jem and Tessa.Maybe we`ll see other TMI characters too.

I think I need to reread the other books before this comes out. I need a refresher.

There's also gonna be the rosales family who are mexican based shadowhunters

I noticed on Amazon that "Lady Midnight," book 1 in The Dark Artifices, will be 768 pages long. That's even longer than "City of Heavenly Fire!" Can't wait for March 8, 2016!

Oh I heard that TDA is gonna be fantasy and mystery together. There are clues that the crew has to collect and they're like detectives. (view spoiler)[ I don't feel like Camille was actually killed by Maureen. Maureen is so young. She doesn't just look 14, she is 14 years old. (hide spoiler)]
So I feel like Camille might be in TDA. Mystery and fantasy are my two fave genres so.
And, you have Julian and Emma. That makes it a thousand times even more awesomer than the awesome it already was. Okay that didn't really make sense. ah well
