The Sneetches and Other Stories and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe hold the most significance for sparking my lifelong passion for books but neither fit within SRC rules, so I chose to re-read my first ever romance because it was the first "grown up" book I read that made a lasting impression. I was 13 when I swiped this book from my mom's nightstand and read it on the sly. So scandalous! In the past 23 years I've probably read it at least 15 (16!) times and even though it is easily one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read but I can't get enough. :)
