Select the "Edit" link beside "You are a member." You'll find the "Leave this group" link at the top of the next page.

I don't necessarily want to leave the group, but would like to unsubscribe from the e-mails I receive. For some reason I cannot find an unsubscribe feature, so I'm going to have to leave the group.

Go to edit your profile. Under the emails tab you can specify what emails you receive and what you don't. You can set the entire group to no emails if you so wish.

Note - you will need to individually unsubscribe to any topics you might already be subscribed to. There's a link to that list under the Group Emails Preferences section.

You can also get to the "Topics I'm Following in Group" page by clicking the Edit email notifications link in your notification emails (the ones I get are titled "Comment from ____").

I tried unsubscribing from the group unfortunately all efforts recommended in previous posts failed for me.
