I just added a quote that is from the book "Obasan" but it doesn't show up when I look up the book.

The quote I added is "Where do any of us come from in this cold country".

All of the quotes from Joy Kogawa are from Obasan. Is there a way to add them to the book page?

Also, is it possible to add tags after I've submitted the quote?

Fixed. For future reference, when adding a quote, you need to add the book title from the drop-down menu.

I believe that if you don't add tags at the time of the quote's creation, you need to request a librarian add tags for you. What tags would you like added to this quote?
