Hi Morris,
Your novel's spotlight has been posted. Here's a direct link to it.

Let me know if you're still interested in doing that interview.
Best Regards,
Michael

You had two posts that were identical yesterday. I saw them both. The admin must have deleted the dup.
And thanks for the spotlight.

And thanks for the spotlight.

I would speak with the admin. They don't like the same content repeated over and over. Also, If you open a thread that has already had the same questions asked previously, they may delete it and refer you to join the old thread instead. They are trying to keep things from getting out of hand. Wheras, yours was unique thread, to be sure: I got an email notification for each one that "Indie Authors" had a new thread since I am a thread subsciber.

Hi,
We have recently launched a new blog that is dedicated to supporting indie authors. Our blog will provide tips on self-publishing, creative writing, and book promoting. Also as part of that effort we also spotlight self published works and interview their authors. We are currently looking for any indie author who is interested in a book spotlight and/or blog interview. Please contact us here!
Best Regards,
Michael

Congrats on the new site. Always interested in being interviewed. I do a talk on "How to have 3 hour lines at book signings" you may like.
Great for Indie book stores or B&N.

You read it right. To say thank you to Goodreads for featuring One Man Two Votes, my publisher has agreed to offer the Kindle e-book on amazon for free Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th.
My novel is being featured now on Goodreads. I’m thrilled to have the honor. This group is dedicated to the authors I like best. I have several reviews and readers that think I follow an “early Clancy” kind of styling.

I hope lots of you pick up the free book, read it, and enjoy it.
I want to thank those of you who have read the book. The reviews have been exciting reaching 4.5 out of 5 stars on Amazon. Lots of reviewers have stated—well let me just copy a couple instead of paraphrasing.
I thought it was well done and cannot wait until the next installment. The story line and characters were great. I highly recommend this book, it reminded me of a Tom Clancy Novel. Keep it up Russ.

What a great read! J. Russ Briley can really write, and he keeps you on the edge of your seat with this political suspense thriller. You'll like the characters; you'll race from one chapter to the next; you'll wish the book was longer; and you'll be ready to read more as soon as the next book comes out. If you like reading John Grisham, you'll love reading Briley's One Man Two Votes.

Hello,
These are two books of my multiple award winning books-- both about spiritual warfare.
A Rose For Jonathan is about a young pastor who begins to see into the spiritual world around him and then discovers the reason why he has this gift and how he obtained it. Through this revelation, he finds out about his family and is able to understand more about the power of prayer and scripture and how the angels and demons are affected by these powerful forces.
Quiver continues the story with one of the characters from this book and can be read alone. Jonathan is a young man with a powerful gift that has been passed to him through a bone marrow transplant as a child. His ability to heal becomes to dangerous for him to stay around the woman he loves and he's forced to leave her without explanation in order to save her from the dark forces that are determined to destroy him and anyone he loves. The angels and demons fight for control as he struggles to understand the gift he has been given and how God wants him to use it.
*****Both are free on KU*****
I'm available for speaking engagements and interviews.
Thank you!

Here's a new sci-fi book you might like:
"A Kinder City"
What place for love in a city ruled by greed?
Sarah, spirited and caring, is on her first trip outside her village. But the city is dominated by the grim law of the market – the only relations permitted are between buyer and seller. Her gift of a wagonload of food to those who need it is a crime. David, a serious-minded police cadet who naively trusts in the law, arrests her and finds himself falling in love.
Franklin, the richest man in Market World, puts a price on everything. His giant factories spew forth road beasts – the huge machines that devastate the lands beyond the City in pursuit of yet more wealth.
How can David prove his love to Sarah? And how can they save her village and build a kinder city?
A gripping and thought-provoking eco-sci-fi novel, set in a world a little bit like ours
