Hello!
I am looking for (a) beta reader(s) to get some feedback on my writing ability.
I have a short story around 1680 words. It's a real easy reading. I am basically interested in (and also glad to) any kinds of observations.
Note that I am not a native English speaker, although I've been learning and using English for over 10 years. I have also been writing for around 2 years, but have never showed my writings to anyone.
The short story is really simple, I wanted to create a summer feeling in a Mediterranean village. This story is about a girl who cannot find her way after loosing a friend. With her friend she'd never realized the world around her, but now she is interested in others and sometimes it makes her disappointed that how people are able not to value the important things in their lives.
