I've taken the book off the stores: it basically doesn't exist any more (it's not available).
I am thinking of writing a longer and even more detailed one.

Dear All,
Lucid Dreaming is a complete guide to the beautiful practice of, naturally, lucid dreaming.
It starts with the basics, like how to keep and use a dream journal, how to recall dreams, how to identify and use recurrent dream signs, explaining how to use MILD, or Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreaming, the most common and practice among lucid dreamers, especially beginners.
However, I am a lucky girl, in a way, as I naturally lucid dream via the 'Holy Grail' of lucid dreaming, WILD or Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming , which gives really wow dreams, and is usually practised only by very experienced lucid dreamers, so, I thought I should share this advanced technique in this book.
So, Lucid Dreaming is not a quick guide on how to keep a dream journal, in fact, at 328 pages (paperback, coming soon) it's one of the longest books on the subject out there, and it can help even complete beginners become 'advanced' lucid dreamers.
It also explores new developments, such as EILD.
The book also gives lots of practical tips, examples of dreams and lesser known techniques.
It discusses how you can control your dreams; how to deal with nightmares and how to fly in your dreams.
It goes further, exploring how to increase your mindfulness, and it explores both the science behind lucid dreaming (including some current research) and its spiritual / philosophical dimension.
