It's a romance set in West America. Mainly centered around rodeo and ranching and riding and cowboys, I guess.

The books by Elle Casey and B. N. Toler doesn't have Western romance mentioned on the main genre-list so I won't be accepting those. But the rest of the suggestions are great, Omega. I just finished reading Promise of Jenny Jones by Maggie Osborne last night and it was also good :)
