Something is happening to me that I don't understand.

I see things, feel things in a new way. I can do things normal people can't do. Powerful things. Magickal things. It scares me.

I never chose to learn witchcraft. But I'm starting to wonder if witchcraft is choosing me.

I'm really excited to read this book!

Chapter 5

(view spoiler)[Cal kinda freaks me out. He randomly invites people to a party where he wants to do a witch circle thing. Morgan and Bree are a lot braver than I would be, because I wouldn't stay there for another minute if I were there. (hide spoiler)]

I think I'm going to join this. I have the whole series and I'd be a fun re-read.

Chapter 14

Have you got to the part where she finds out she's adopted. I forget which chapter she finds out and I'm only on chapter one but I think it's around-ish chapter 14 or so. Probably even earlier.

Yeah I recently bought the last 3-4 omnibuses so I have the full series now I believe. I don't know if interest will hold for the whole series again though I read the first book or two not too long ago.

I enjoyed the first chapter. I've always found this book to be pretty timeless. Although I'm fairly certain it takes place in the 80's??? And I've always liked Morgan.

It kind of feels like it could take place during that time. I like Morgan too now that I'm further along into the book. I'm not a fan of Bree right now though.

Yeah she becomes a bitch later on. I can't remember if they make either. >.>

(view spoiler)[I knew Morgan was going to turn out to be a blood witch. Cal definitely grew on me throughout the book and I don't really have a problem with him anymore. Bree however is a bitch and she did nothing but piss me off pretty much the whole time. (hide spoiler)]

It is a good series! There's also another book that's separate from the series I believe about Morgan's daughter.

*spoiler* Oh and you'll probably end up changing your mind about Cal. He's not the one Morgan ends up with. :P
