Eden opened her mouth and closed it a few times, not sure if she understood. But it was clear. He did think she was messing with him. "Excuse me? I just." She took a deep breath and counted to ten in her head. "I take it back. I take back that kiss. If you don't believe it, then that's your problem."

Eden made a disgruntled noise before tapping her head on the side of the refrigerator, causing a small yelp as she was reminded of what was left of her concussion. She held her head as she sat down on the floor, wishing she hadn't said anything to Noah at all.

Eden stood up, nodding silently at Noah's words. She sighed and slipped past him, remembering where the bathroom was from earlier.
She took a quick enough shower, finding a clean towel when she was done, pursing her lips when she realized that she would have to walk out and borrow some of Noah's clothes with only the towel. She took a deep breath and exited, searching to ask Noah what he was okay with her borrowing. "Um... What- what can I borrow?" she asked, a smallest blush creeping in her pale face.

Eden turned her head to Noah's closet with a clear of her her throat. "Right," she muttered as she quickly pulled the first thing she saw, a band T-shirt of sorts and excused herself to change in the bathroom.

Eden came back into the bedroom after gathering her wills, sitting on her bed as she fuddled with the cuff on her ankle absentmindedly. "Noah? Do you think I would hurt you?" She asked after a moment.

"I'm not like that." It was true- Eden had had enough of a bad life to not judge people. "I don't want to hurt you, Noah," she said honestly, trying to catch his gaze so he could see she was being serious.

"Thank you," Eden murmured, relieved. She wasn't an idiot, or someone who would try to hurt another, and she hoped Noah could see that. "How long did you... Have you loved me?"

Eden filtered through the past four years, frowning as she tried to remember. "You mean... You don't mean since the dance, right?" she questioned, lifting her eyebrows questioningly. She hadn't wanted to go to the dance at all because she had thought it was a dumb idea, but hadn't wanted to make Noah feel bad, so she accepted it. It wasn't too bad.

Eden watched Noah get up and stand in the doorway, but she felt like she was under some sort of surveillance as he watched her, so she blushed and ducked her head, letting her hair fall into her face. Honestly, wishing that he had just said something rather than kidnap her. That would have been reasonable, but obviously Noah had been thinking something different. Maybe he felt ignored?

Eden sighed heavily as she was left alone, having been about to say something else to Noah. She pulled herself further back onto the bed and pulled her knees to her chest as she listened to the conversation outside the door.

Eden had leaned her head against the wall again but sat up straight when Noah came back in. "Who was that?" she asked curiously, running a hand through her dark hair as she readjusted sitting to face Noah. She figured it was just one of his friends -maybe someone she knew?- but was curious, well, because she was bored.
"Oh," Eden replied, recalling the time she had met this friend. His was a bit of a womanizer and Eden hadn't liked him, so that was probably why she didn't remember his voice. She rubbed her wrists as she pursed her lips, thinking of a new topic to discuss. "Earlier... Did you really not believe the kiss?"

"What do you mean, 'a guy like you'"? Eden questioned as she leaned forward and tilted Noah's head back to her. She kissed him again, holding a bit longer this time. "Do you honestly think that wasn't real?"

Eden smirked as Noah leaned over her, kissing him back for a moment before pulling away a bit, smiling against his lips. She felt proud of herself, and was about to say something sassy before deciding against it as she pressed her lips to his again.

Eden grunted slightly in minor annoyance when Noah pupped back. She pressed her hands to his chest as she twirked a smile. "Just that I'm extremely proud of myself for getting you to believe me." She had remembered that he hadn't exactly believed her when she said she would go to the dance with him as well.
Eden tilted her head to give Noah better access to her neck and sighed happily as she pressed her lips to his temple.

He couldn't get a enough of her soft skin. The more he touched her the more he found it himself to stop.
((Whatever you're comfortable with.))
Eden huffed and pushed Noah into a sitting position, gripping his arms as she bit her lip before kissing again, lightly biting Noah's lip.

Noah pulled her closer to him. He put his hands inside of his shirt she had on rubbing her back, has he kissed her.

Noah sighed has he felt Eden touch. "I cant keep you here. I just cant..." He said after taking a deep breath.
Eden's lip twitched, and she fumbled to grab the borrowed shirt and pull it on. "That's very convenient, Noah," she shot, her voice full of hurt sarcasm. "You got what you wanted, right?"

Eden snorted, allowing him to hold her hands but wrapping the other around herself protectively. "It's not like I have anybody to actually care if I came back, other than Jay," she rolled her eyes at the thought of the scum that called himself her boyfriend. "I've probably already been replaced at work."

Eden felt taken aback by the question, and she sat down next to Noah with a thoughtful frown. "I- I don't know. Well, that's not true. I just thought I would never have the chance so I tried to push the wanderlust away." She bit her lip. "All over, really. Maine, the beach. North Carolina, I have no idea why. Um... Oregon and Washington. Anywhere cold, fishing type towns, I guess."

Eden's chest heaved as she became overwhelmed at the possibilities. "Really?" she questioned, not sure he was telling the truth. "Why would you do that for me?" Noah had to have some sort of his own life, he couldn't care enough to drop it for her.

Eden laid back down next to Noah, closing her eyes at the thought of travelling. She hated their hometown with a passion and would be happy to leave for a while. "Thank you, Noah," she whispered, laying her head on his chest.

Eden was comforted by the rhythmic feel of Noah's breathing slowing, and soon fell asleep herself, her dark falling into her face like a curtain.

((Just so you know, I'll be gone from tomorrow to Sunday afternoon.))
Eden stirred at the absence of Noah's warmth, but wrapped her arms around herself and brought her knees to her chest in her sleep, not waking up.
