Eden slept for a few more minutes before hearing something coming from the kitchen and waking up, sitting and looking around for Noah. Getting up, she cautiously followed the noise and found Noah making something. She came behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist. "Hey," she murmured.

"Mm," Eden said, watching him. "I am, actually." She chuckled a bit, glancing from each pan that Noah had going. "I didn't know you could cook so well." Sure, he had made the pancakes the day before, but those were easy.

"Lucky you," Eden murmured, not meaning it to come out rude. She blushed and shook her head. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that." She sighed, pulling her arms from Noah and covering her face with a hand. "My mom was too busy drinking to pay mind to what was going on with me, let alone teach me to cook."

Eden nodded and followed Noah to the table, smiling at his offer as she sat down with him. "Thanks, for this. I know... I know it was a bad start, but it doesn't matter now."

Eden pursed her lips, taking his hands and holding them. "I forgive you, Noah," she said earnestly. "I hurt you, too." She averted looking at him.

Eden gave a sideways grin and nodded, starting to pick at her food as well. "I'm sure it will be better than I could do," she retorted with a chuckle, scooping food into her mouth.

Eden swallowed and said, "That's an extremely hopeful prospect." After a few more bites, she said, "It really is good."

Eden finished her plate as well, unaware of Noah's staring. She took a drink of water before she noticed his handsome gaze, and she blushed. "What?" she asked, worried he had seen her pigging out or something.

"Uh..." Eden stood up, remembering the conversation from the night before. "Wow, um... I don't know. Soon? When would it be okay?" Her mind flashed to the fact that her ankle still had its' chain, and wondered if Noah was going to let her off of it for when they left.

Eden's face lit up and she nodded so quickly it looked like she was trying to shake her head off. "That sounds good. What do we need to do?"

"Well, like this, I might get arrested," Eden teased back, gesturing to the shirt of his that barely brushed her thighs. "Clothes for me is probably a good idea."

Eden's heart skipped a bit when he let the chain off of her ankle, and for a moment she just stared down before she dropped into a crouch and she rubbed the skin around where the binding had been. She jumped up and walked into the room with Noah, trying to help by folding the shirts and pants he had grabbed.

Eden snorted, setting the clothes back down. "I can just wear what I had earlier- there's nothing wrong with them." She had set her old clothes down on a table in Noah's room, so she finished helping him pack and grabbed them to go change.

Eden paused, pondering why Noah kept giving her that smirk, but she shrugged and headed to the bathroom to change. A moment later she emerged, the borrowed shirt laid over her arm. She met Noah back in his room and hefted a happy sigh. "What else?"

Eden smirked at the way the hat looked cute on Noah as she took his offered hand and let him lead her out of the house, running a hand through her loose hair.

Eden sat in the car with her hands folded in her lap as she waited patiently for Noah. Her fists shook slightly as the reality of leaving -even for just a bit- sunk in. After a while she was confused as to why Noah was gone so long, but she sat up when he got in the chair. Eden looked to his picture and gave a slight frown, sympathetically taking his hands and kissing his temple.

Esen turned her head to look back at Noah's house, thinking of what he might have just left for her. "We don't have to leave, Noah. You don't. Honestly I should just go, I shouldn't make you take me." She dropped her head and closed her eyes, pulling her hands back into her lap.

Eden nodded as she took his hand an brought it to her lips. "Thank you," she whispered against them, closing her ryes as she pushed out the bad memories from the town.

Leaning her head back into the seat, Eden asked quietly, "So where first? After clothes, I mean."

Eden paused before taking Noah's hand, having been distracted with thinking about where they could go. Her cheeks reddened and she took his hand and pulled herself out of the car. "Sorry."

As soon as Noah dropped Eden's hand, worry that she would be seen by someone who knew her and thought she had run away flooded her head. She murmured the name Jodie and decided it would be her alias in case she did bump into somebody.

Eden shrugged and walked into a Zumiez. "Okay," she called, pausing to pick up Noah's hand again. She nodded a hello at the kid standing at the desk and bobbed her head to the metalcore playing in the speakers as she picked through some symbolically-skater girl sundresses.

Eden smirked against Noah's kiss and pulled away just to hold the blue-black dress up to her to show to Noah. "What do you think?" she asked with a thoughtful frown.

Eden snorted a laugh while she rolled her eyes, draping the dress over her arm. "Thanks for the input," she said sweetly, flipping through the other dresses. Though she wasn't much of a dress girl, so she motioned Noah to follow her to the women's jeans rack.

((Is it okay that I just skip to after they're done in the mall?))
Eden had tried hard to hurry through the shopping, though whether it was of boredom herself or to not annoy Noah, it couldn't be told. She only ran into one guy who recognized her, so she pasted on an angry face and a weird accent and hissed, "My name is Jodie," before she pushed past him as she pulled Noah behind her. When they'd finished shopping she grabbed one of the bags and excused herself to change in a women's restroom, coming back out with a black beanie that matched her hair, a purple flannel and skinnies. She raised her eyebrows at Noah with a smirk. "Thanks again. Ready?"
