Eden smiled a little bit and dug into her own soup, pausing every now and then to swallow and take a sip of her tea. She watched Noah out of the corner of her eye, though she wasn't sure why. She knew she, at least, always got all weird and self-conscious when people watched her eat. It was an anxiety thing.

Noah enjoined the soup but, he noticed that Eden would keep glancing over at him. He thought that it was nothing and keep eating but, a few more spoons in. He noticed that she keep looking over at him. "Umm what is wrong, Eden?" He asked putting the spoon into the bowel and turning his attention onto her.

"Oh." Eden blushed and tried to return her attention to her own soup but wasn't quick enough. "I just- you..." She faced Noah slightly, biting her lip as she set her spoon down. "I'm a bit- well, you're nice to look at." She shrugged, deciding that as her proper answer.

Noah softly laughed knowing that that was not the reason but, he quickly shrugged his shoulder and deicide that he will just drop it. "Okay, honey." He said with a smirk has he went back to his soup, which he was almost done with.

Eden's blush deepened slightly, thinking Noah didn't believe her, but she shrugged it off and returned to her soup, almost done.

It was not long before Noah was done with the soup. He sighed has he drunk the last bit of beer. He leaned back and rubbed his fingers through his hair.

Eden finished her soup as well, sipping on the last of her tea as the waitress came up and set the receipt down. "Can I get you anything else?" she asked.

Noah shook his head, he was ready to get to the motel but, he of course know that Eden might wanted something for herself. So he looked over at her to see her answer to the waitress.

Eden smiled after Noah shook his head and replied, "No." They paid the waitress and took the receipt, and Eden nudged Noah gently. "You want to go back to the motel now?" she asked with a small half-smile.

"Of course." He said once again wrapping his arm around Eden's waist and heading out the restaurant.

Eden smiled and pulled out of Noah's grip once they reached the car, tilting her head to kiss him before climbing back in and buckling on the passenger's side.

"Come on." He said with a smirk before getting into the car and start the engine. He looked over at Eden and shook his head before. "You that drives me crazy when you do that, right." He said looking behind and backing up until, he could just pull off.

"Hmm?" Eden asked, playing innocent as she set her hand on his leg. "Do what? Kiss you and walk away?" A flitter of a smirk crossed her lips as she watched him.

Noah nodded with a smirk has drove back to the motel. He put his hand on top of Eden's hand and held it tight before lightly kissing her hand. Then he put his attention back onto the street.

Eden's hand felt almost as warm as her cheeks, and she stayed silent as she looked out the window at the passing scenery. She released Noah's hand once he pulled into the motel's parking lot to unbuckle and get out of the car.

Noah smirked has he watched Eden leave out the car. He then sighed and got out the car himself, and followed Eden to their motel room.

Eden waited to unlock the door to their motel room as Noah got there, walking in and taking a deep breath before she remembered what Noah had said earlier and turned around with a devilish grin on her face. "So, what were you thinking about earlier? When you weren't reading your menu?"

Noah smirked at Eden's question. He closed and locked the door behind himself, then he slowly walked toward her and wrapped his arms around her waist. He kissed her deeply without pulling back.
