Shelves upon shelves of books but shhhhh, quiet! The librarian is just around the corner!

Willow goes into the library and walks along the shelves and shelves of books. Eventually, she finds one with a navy blue spine with white, curvy writing on. It says:

нιѕтσяу σƒ ωαтєя

So she takes it out and returns to her dorm to read it.

The ghost now known as D floats through sections, his blue glow helping to illuminate the room. Blue lights shine all over the room, his illusions used to light the area. If anyone misbehaved, the lights around them would turn off and they would be left in darkness.
These were, sadly, the extent of the ghost's offensive powers now. He passed through another student, leaving them feeling fear. Oh. Yeah. His body was dark energy, which also created fear.
Sorry, he thought into the student's mind.
That didn't make the little boy feel any better, though.
Goodbye! Come again!

Willow read this book, non stop, until she finished it; she then returned it to the library, in which she found in entire darkness. She didn't mind. She liked the dark. All of a sudden, she noticed a beaming blue light, illuminate the library. That was better. She could look for the librarian to return her book.
"Good morning!" she said when she found her. She replied "Good morning!" and they had a nice friendly chat for a while. The librarian secretly favoured Willow for her love of books. The famous ghost, D, crept up behind Willow and made her jump when she turned around. She gave out a loud scream, then said,
"It's only you, D." and the three laughed.

"Who is this person?" D asked, light illuminating the librarian.
"I am the librarian here. So, may I ask... who are you, and how did you come into this academy?"
The lady shuddered and ran for the end of the hallway.
"If I were physical I'd clobber you!" D shouted after the impersonator.
