In Charm's Way discussion

Does anyone know what happened to her? Did she die?

Best we have been able to discern, she has been through a divorce, moved to another state, struggling with personal issues and trying to get back to writing. She is totally out of communication from her website, FB page and blog. No indication of a release date for her book. Several have come and gone. Some of us remain hopeful for a resolution to her series.

Well, this is more news than I've seen anywhere else. I really hope she gets back to writing. Not just because I'm selfish and want the next book. I like to write as a hobby, and I know it's usually good for the mental health to keep writing.

How have 254 people rated this book that has never been published?

Because people have rated it on Amazon. One person gave it one star because, "it hasn't come out yet." WTF?

I was browsing the mystery section of a Books A Million store last week. For the first time since I began reading Madelyn Alt's Bewitching Series there were no copies of any of the previous 7 books on the shelves. I was stunned and saddened.

:( That is sad, and probably means #8 won't ever be released

Yep! I've do believe that is the case. I really expected she would be able to bounce back and get it published.

This makes me really sad. I've noticed the same at my B&N. I was really looking forward to many more. I just hope she's okay and has found her peace.
