Not So Young YA Bookclub discussion

Descuss here "The Isle of the Lost" by Melissa de la Cruz.
Has anyone gotten there copy yet? I have. Im so excited to read this book!

I'm excited to read this as well! This is supposed to be like a prequel to the movie coming to Disney Channel (called The Descendants). I have mine ready to go :)

I went to the book store to get it but it's only in hardback so I'll buy it on kindle.

Has anyone started reading this yet? I should be starting this weekend! Will you watch the movie on the 31st? My little girls and I are all excited about it :)

I lent it to one of the neighbor girls and she just brought it back..( I'm kind of the neighborhood library) I'll get started this weekend as well. I'm sure my kids and I will be watching on the 31st. I'll let you know what we thought.

I just started reading and in the prologue alone there are so many references to Disney characters! Iago,Flotsam and Jetsam, the three hyenas from Lion King, Captain Hook, and Gaston are all in the prologue! I'm loving this already, it's going to be a lot of fun reading this I think :)
