I didn't seek Brad Parks in this folder. He is one of my must read authors. Witty novels told from the perspective of Carter Ross, an investigative journalist. He has won a Nero, two Lefty and two Shamus awards for his work. I am currently reading The Fraud: A Mystery -
which is set to be released very soon.

Another new author for me, Tim. I had recently added his Carter Ross books to 'my books I want to look for' list. Thanks for the recommendation. It's given me more incentive to try the first one when I find it.
One reason that I like this author is that he is really responsive on Twitter. When I couldn't find any ARC of The Fraud, I tweeted his publisher and attached him. He sent me a message, got my mailing address and had the publisher send me a hardcover copy for review. Plus, they are great books to boot!
